Customer service response time was fantastic!

My experience is I purchase the product and unfortunately it did not help my cholesterol so I had to return the product. I have to say Auniva kept their word and refunded me a full refund in a timely manner. Their customer service is wonderful!

This is my second order it started working for me within 2 weeks my dr was impressed o still take my meds along with AMLA My BP went from 162/90 to an average of 125/80 I'm 74 thank you

Easy to place orders and emails answered promptly. Still a few weeks away from blood work numbers. Can’t wait to see those as I quit taking anti statins. Could feel a difference on the 3 rd day and after a week I forgot what it was like to feel good again.

My contact with Anuvia was magical. I made contact to cancel my subscription because the Alma Superfruit Extact was not successful in reducing my blood pressure. Sarah from the support team explained that I was too late to stop the current shipment, but that I could return the shipment for a refund.
I was pleasantly surprised by the offer. My poor timing was to blame for being unable to stop the shipment. I admire the response time, friendliness and customer service attitude that Sarah had during our interactions. As a result, I will not be returning the current shipment.

I bought the product however because of personal reasons I could not continue with my subscription but the customer service I received was great! Their responses were timely and their support was truly appreciated!

I contacted customer service with a shipment issue and they responded quickly and resolved the issue right away! So pleased that they take care of their customers.
