On 25th of June, 2020 I purchased a car, intern nr. GV 72295, transportation included. During the auction it was presented in a video as having a working engine. After a month I asked why was the delivery delaying and they answered that the car did not start, that it needed special transportation and that I had to fetch it myself. They told me to make a complaint, that the people in Auto 1 would consider that aspect and I would be paid for my loss. They intentionally hid that malfunction which makes impossible the use of the good in question for the purpose it was purchased and that reduces the value of the good in such a manner that I would not buy it if I knew it.
According to the EU legislation, before selling any product, the seller must inform the potential buyers of the usage and defects and they must do that clearly and easily to understand.
They sent me a €250 compensation and my service invoice was €3200.
They are specialized in deceiving people, they did the same thing in France with some buyers.
