Agorastore Answers very quick ,until…

Agorastore Answers very quick ,until payment.After payment , i did not get answer at some small details like if the car has insurance and tehnical inspection , because i wanted to drive it to my country,well the car had it .But , the worst they did not helped me with ex-a declaration (export decalartion) and vat refund.Asked about this 2 or even 3 times and no answer ,and i drove home without it.In my opinion this is not serious.At least the car and price is good.

We purchased five cars through the…

We purchased five cars through the platform. We arranged transportation, picked up the cars, and drove them from France to Bulgaria; we were told that we would receive the original vehicle documents by mail as soon as we brought the cars to Bulgaria. Now, we’re receiving emails from the seller stating that Agora hasn’t paid them the money from the auctions, and as a result, we haven’t received the documents in Bulgaria for two months now, which means we can’t register our cars and are subject to administrative penalties. When we try to contact them via support and email, we receive no response regarding this matter. Additionally, they made a mistake on one of the invoices and sent it to us with VAT included, and no one is responding to our emails asking them to correct it.
Please look into this and contact us.

Acting internationally, communicating localy

I understand that you are a french company, but since you accept international customers you could/should communicate in your cusomers language or ate least in english. If we had such procedure for our customers, we would be out of business since a long time!

You can't see documents on the web you need

You can’t see documents on web you need to download,
You can’t download invoice and instructions on your profile.
After finishing auctions you can’t write to the seller and nobody contact you.
You need to look up to see if you win the bidding or no need to look documents on links below don’t send directly like before

Scam site.

I was sceptical about this company being a scam so I did some investigation. A picture they use in marketing showing some guys at their auction house with signs of company name etc, if you search the address in a 2025 version of Google Street View your find it's a derelict warehouse.
Scam. Don't use them.

If you don't speak French not ideal.

Site was playing up at the end of the auction. The site can be put in English but all further communication is in French. Not ideal because of that.
