Your time management is really bad. You are blocking people by not allowing to drive in case of issue happens on the car, you don`t give car replacement and you don`t give appointment on time.
You said that you don`t have control but it is not customers problem. People don`t buy a car for keeping it on the parking, I waste one week and 100 PLN each day for taxi just because of 1 hour repairment of small issue.
so all in all, you have to improve your time management and improve communication with partner companies.
The issue on my car is fixed and It will be happened again.

Very good, I got a great car and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. As a non-native English only speaker, it was super useful.

It was my first time with an auto hero and i absolutely loved it. I was able to buy a car for such a low price, that i did not even believe it is real. I made sure to check the car first, because maybe it was broken somewhere or was driven like a million miles. For that reason i brought my friend, who is very good with cars. However, it was completely unnecessary because the car was in good condition! Not the best of course, but for its price it was in the best condition possible. And yeah, i bought Jeep Renegade, congrats to me 🎉 🎊 🍾

I'm very disappointed in the process that AutoHero is applying regarding their refund policy.
Due to circumstances out of our reach, we were unable to purchase a car for which we have paid a deposit (this was more than 1 week ago). We we told on site that it would be 2-3-4 days and the money would be on our account again. We're now almost 10 days further, and still we haven't received any information regarding our refund, even after multiple calls to the branch involved. "It's processing" is all we get as an answer.
I'd like to have this resolved asap, as it was not a small deposit, and we do need these funds for the purchase of another car (most probably not at AutoHero though...).
Also in the dashboard it says that the refund will take place within 7 business days, which have passed.

UPDATE:
I'm even more surprised now with the reply of here below, as whilst submitting the review, I had provided the order number so it could be reviewed, and an actual solution could be proposed.

Update 2:
When contacting the branch in Warsaw, I was told all payments and refunds go through the Berlin office. That's why my review is posted here.
If you can confirm me that the payments and refunds do not go through the Berlin office (and thus the employee at AutoHero in Warsaw was lying to me), I will remove this review, and undertake the necessary steps to get my money back with help of a legal advisor.

It literally only takes 2 clicks to get a car. One to order it and one to wire the money. In my case it was even only 1, because Piotr Pucuła did the first step for me over the phone. Everything else is taken care of perfectly fine. Both me and my brother have gotten our cars from Autohero and they're in absolutely brilliant condition, it looks like they're really keeping the quality standards. They also have a top notch customer support, in my case the mentioned Piotr Pucuła, who explained everything nicely and efficiently. Thanks a lot

Overall, it was a great experience buying the car. Bartosz Szyszka was very helpful and very professional. Even though his English was limited, the support he provided was acceptable and very pleasant.

However, there were a few challenges. I wasn't allowed to have a technical inspection before the purchase because the car wasn't insured to be taken off the Autohero garage for an under-the-hood inspection. This was concerning since I identified a oil leak during one of my visits, and I wanted a full inspection before finalizing the purchase. Autohero later confrimed the leak was fixed and cleared. Additionally, while confirmation was received that the car had no history of accidents, a post-purchase inspection revealed a prior collision with no impact on the car's structure. It would have been great if it was informed earlier rather than a surprise expecially when customer is specificaly asked. Since the crash was identifed, I was expecting some refund as the car value will definitely deplish as crash was recorded. Again, we have 21 days return policy. The return policy is a great feature, although as a foreigner, the return process and paperwork would be difficult.

Despite these challenges, the car has been running smoothly for the past 3 weeks. I would also like to call out Ilona Slepowronska for her support.
I will recomment autohero in general, but please do your general steps prior to the purchase ( this is general across while buying a used car).

Not trustworthy, after just 6 months from the purchase I spent 10k PLN to fix as the guarantee is professional scam. So by purpose I tried to ask for swap car to verify them evaluation, but they offered almost 50% of the purchase amount and the market amount.
Becarful when you bought, first take for trust technical check in that 21 Days of Return & Refund.

I bought volvo v40 2013 year, and it is in very good conditions for this year. Purchase at autohero was very convenient, also i like delivery with this glass-door trailer. And special thanks to Sebastian Pyrzanowsky,who helped me with buying this car.

The car we saw on the internet looked worse than in real life, every scratch was shown in the advertisement. It was very convenient for us to look at the car without salesman, so we could take our time to look, measure, sit, touch. No pressure.

It was an easy and fast car purchase. The car was delivered in time and in expected condition.
