Peugeot 2008,many problems ,send it back,my previous review disappeared ,after they got the car i never get a document for getting out the car from my name, applying for other car after,i can t get a second car with them,after few days they call me if i still want a car.... highly not recommending,to much to say but i will stop here,if AutoHero send a car with break's,reversing lights and steering problems ,no oil in engine this means it's not a trust company....!😤

100 days no investment it's for people what make Max 5kkm per year.
I make my order 8 mai 2026 and car I get 20june.. First time my bad because I have problem with contract in bank but after send everything right waiting 11 days. Every day call, sometimes nobody speaks English, sometimes they say "we can't call to bank" next time "we ask bank what's happened"
100 days you don't need to make anything in car? In first week dsg service 450euro. What was never done. Last oil service 80.000 when I get car was 85.000 soo 5k is for me less than 100 days. So oil service with everything what must be done. Breaks it's good for Tuv that's mean you can drive on it 5.000-8.000km. Front brakes 600euro. 100 days without investing in a car it's only when you make 5.000km in year so thank you.

They have problems with payments
I sold my car to Autohero and was informed that payment would be processed within 1 to 3 business days. However, after waiting 5 business days without receiving any payment, I contacted customer service and was told that my invoice had not even been reviewed yet.
During the phone call, the representative reviewed the invoice while speaking with me and then informed me that the payment would be transferred the following day and should arrive in my account within two days.
This raises an important question: if I had not called, how much longer would I have had to wait? The process only moved forward after I contacted them myself. I believe this is something potential customers should take into consideration.
Today is already the 7th business day, and I still have not received the payment. During the phone call I had a few minutes ago, they simply repeated what they had already told me two days ago. When I asked to speak with the person who could definitively confirm whether the payment had actually been transferred or tell me exactly when it would be transferred, they rudely hung up the phone on me. Bravo, AutoHero.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I felt it was deserved.
To be honest, at the beginning of my experience with Autohero, I had lost almost all confidence in the company. I faced several issues during the delivery process and even after receiving the car, and at times it felt like nobody was really taking ownership of the situation.
Everything changed when my case was taken over by Alexandra Ostertag from the Customer Satisfaction team. From that moment on, I felt that someone was genuinely listening and trying to help.
Alexandra was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of every issue, kept me informed, and made sure that all my concerns were properly addressed.
What could have ended as a very disappointing experience was completely turned around because of her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction.
A big thank you to Alexandra Ostertag. Autohero is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. She truly deserves recognition for the outstanding work she does.
