The delivery was a bit stressful since it was rescheduled twice, but everything else was great and we are really happy with our purchase.
The staffs could not speak englisch but behaved really nice and helpful.

Auto Hero super
Just had my car delivered today :) It is a 9 year old car but looks like new! The car was spotlessly clean inside and out. The delivery driver went over all the defects as per the website signs of wear pictures. To be honest it was really hard to find the reported scratches etc. Auto Hero is completely transparent in the description of the car. Everything was done on line and a quick phone call to request a different delivery date that given went ordering. I really cannot fault Auto hero my experience with them is 100% positive.

They should be called "Autohassle" – Unreliable delivery and ignored warranties Order Number: DEYE144161
As I am not a German speaker, I bought a car from Autohero specifically to avoid the stress and hassle of traditional car buying, which is exactly what their marketing promises. Instead, my experience has been a logistical and legal nightmare. They should, IMO, rebrand themselves as "Autohassle." I strongly advise against buying a car here if you expect reliability or basic consumer rights.
Delivery Chaos: Before I even received the car, Autohero unilaterally changed my contractually agreed pickup location to a city over 100km away. They rescheduled my delivery date six different times and changed the pickup time at the last minute, showing zero respect for my time or travel expenses.
Defective Vehicle: The car was delivered with a degraded battery (what is not a big problem, it is just a matter of replacing the battery). I was forced to take the car to two different mechanics to prove this. After the first independent mechanic diagnosed the dead battery, I had to go to a second place, their official partner workshop (A.T.U.). A.T.U. completely agreed with the first diagnosis (battery needs to be replaced), declared the car "not drivable" due to the risk of further problems, and grounded it.
8 Days Without a Car: My car sat stranded at A.T.U. for 8 full days (since 01.04) while Autohero's specialist department completely ignored my statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) claim. They even ignored a formal legal deadline I set for the repair authorization.
Forced to Pay Out of Pocket: Because their bureaucratic delays put my long-planned cross-country move at risk, I was ultimately forced to authorize and pay for the repairs myself just to get my car back on the road. Now, I am left just hoping for a smooth refund process from a company that has shown zero accountability so far.
Great marketing, but terrible post-sale.

Warranty - a joke
"Sollte dennoch ein Problem auftreten, reiche einfach eine Reklamation über dein Autohero-Konto ein. Unser Kundenservice-Team wird deine Reklamation prüfen und sich innerhalb von vier Geschäftsstunden bei dir melden." - based on my experience, that is a joke (to say the least). Reported simple rear washer issue not working - they request video to prove that. Since then the rear camera stopped working (I guess the leaking water from washer damaged the other cablings/electronics). it's been 10 days since I provided the proof and still nothing... waiting to get back some feedback. Man wird mit den Problemen allein gelassen und muss wertvolle Zeit opfern, um überhaupt eine Antwort zu erhalten. Einmal und nie wieder!
