Offers international shipping to the UK but refuses to send parcel. Refunded without comprehensive explanation and will not provide an alternative solution.

Better think carefully before placing an order here.
Partial deliveries without any information, a “service hotline” that won’t connect me to a real person even after 30 minutes of AI ping‑pong, and a credit note that is still missing.
Anyone who checks the reviews on other platforms before ordering will immediately see the pattern: these exact issues keep appearing and seem to be systematic.
