Twicsy Usa Reviews

AVOID Twicsy at all costs!

I paid extra for VIP Instagram and TikTok followers, only to receive low-quality, clearly inactive accounts with zero posts and zero followers. Nothing remotely resembling the VIP service advertised.

The worst part has been dealing with their customer service. They repeatedly avoided answering my questions directly, talked around the actual issues and seemed more interested in finding ways to avoid issuing a refund than taking responsibility for a service that fell so far below what was promised.

Despite their own advertised refund policy, they refused to return my money and instead repeatedly offered Loyalty Points to spend on their website. Completely unacceptable.

I also have serious concerns about the credibility and authenticity of the reviews displayed on their own website. I would strongly recommend looking at independent customer feedback rather than relying on their own testimonials.

In the end, I had to take the matter to my bank and formally dispute the transactions. My bank swiftly refunded the payments, and I was told they had previous experience dealing with this company.

That alone should tell you something.

A completely misleading experience from start to finish. Poor service, no transparency and absolutely no accountability when things go wrong.

Save your money. I would never use Twicsy again and would strongly advise others to think twice before handing them theirs.

Please be careful! If you want to use a UK service, make sure you visit Twicsy.uk instead. I’ve had a bad experience with this service before. I came here thinking it was the UK version, so always double-check the website address before placing an order.

Haven't used it personally but a friend has told me how helpful they found it, I will be using soon as I am trying to run a small business in a couple of months.

Thanks!

Scam I bought 5000 premium followers with 90 day refill they delivered 1000 then dropped to 800 and every time I check it keeps dropping

*SCAM ALERT DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME*
I bought likes after what I thought was a fast delivery, my views go up instantly without the likes and I’ve been waiting for a couple hours overnight and they both still haven’t delivered idk what’s taking so long plus when trying to contact them I’ve been ignored by the live chat and when trying to contact them the email does not submit to go through to them. “THIS HAPPENED BOTH ON TWISCY.COM AND TWISCY.US.COM”

Low engagement and maybe the worst customer support ever received

I bought 250 followers and the day i bought them after just 3ish hours it already dropped by like 50 followers and then a week later more than 50% have dropped. I also read some reviews and made sure to buy from TWICSY.US.COM and not twicsy.com but it seems like it’s still a scam. The followers do come but they start dropping immediately. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS!!! ITS A SCAM

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This company is the biggest scam on the internet. A Fake company that swindles customers. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. They should really shut this place dowb down.

Having realised there were two websites and that this is the legitimate real one, I had nothing but a positive interaction. After reaching out on live chat, they answered all my questions, and since then my account has been growing within minutes. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to anybody looking to grow your Instagram account quickly. Shout out toThomas on live chat.

Holy scam. Yes you would receive followers, but you would lose them in a spam of 2 days. This sire should be taken down ngl.

Loved it got high quality followers for cheap

I bought 500 followers and 150 of them dissapeared the next day and i want to talk to someone about it beacuse they said there was a warranty.

They take orders then tell you they are having an issue with website allograthim change that's why the followers drop 80% after a day.

Fantastic experience! I've been a customer for almost two years, never had any problems. I recently had some issues with some followers, but customer support was super quick to respond and help me get them all back. A well-deserved 5 stars, also for the kindness of the operators!

I loved it. Awesome. Quick. Help to build your business.

Good website to buy followers and they respond quickly. I purchased from twicsy.us.com and not twicsy.com . Thank you

I'll give this website four stars. I purchased 1,000 views, and 100 premium likes along with it. Not going to lie, it did take a bit for everything to soon pop up. The views came immediately. I did have to contact them about the likes, as they took a bit to add up. In about 4-5 hours, the likes had finally arrived. As of right now, I still have everything I paid for. I do recommend contacting them if whatever you purchased starts to take a while. Other than that, this website is pretty legit as someone who just started using it.

Good communication. Sometimes followers fall but if you message them they will instantly give them back and more.

Worst followers. Fake profiles. Do not waste your moneys with this website, it is a scam and a very expensive one.

Im genuinely writing this review honestly. I ordered 500 followers on Instagram. And they delivered pretty quickly. I bought from twicsy.us.com, not twicsy.com. Good fellas
