Transport on short notice
Matthew worked with us from start to finish and they took very good care of the car while in transport. The company went above and beyond to find someone in such a quick timeframe to pick up from Kentucky and deliver to Florida.

SCAM ALERT! DDo not make the mistake of hiring these people. Do not use these guys to ship anything. Buyer Beware!
I hired All States Care Movers to help move a vehicle long distance for my family. The person I spoke with Scott Vincent stated that guaranteed they would pick up our car for us the very next day. Several days later I called to ask if there were any issues regarding pickup and was told they would get back with us. After a few more days of no response from All States, another carrier informed me that they had picked up our vehicle. I called to cancel our contract and told the person that someone else picked up the car. I was told by this person that no one had picked up the car and that I was being scammed. I again told him that someone had indeed picked up car and provided photos of proof of pickup and they would not be needed. When booking with this company I had to pay a 200.00 deposit which was taken out immediately. I asked when booking what would happen if they were not able to ship car what would happen to my deposit. I was told it was a guaranteed full refund and was told several times the same thing.
When informing him that a refund was needed, suddenly he states that only 100.00 could be refunded because they had spent some time investigating and posting this vehicle on the internet. I reminded him that he guaranteed my full and complete refund, he stated that I would not get the refund. I then told Mr "Vincent" that I would file a claim for FRAUD against this company he insisted I speak to a manager. After putting me through to his customer service person, I was asked what was wrong. After re-telling him the story about not getting my refund after being promised, and that I would report them for Fraud, he insisted he would go ahead and give me my complete refund including additional charges from bank but ONLY if I gave them a 5 star review. He then later called me to say I was "his number one customer" and to keep his number so I could contact him again in the future, but insisted I give them the 5-star review I promised. I'd give them a NEGATIVE 5-star if I could! I would never do business with these people. SCAMS, SCAMS, SCAMS! BEWARE!

I signed a contract with All States Car…Bait-and-Switch Pricing — Contracted $1,598, Demanded $4,200 After Signing
I signed a contract with All States Car Movers LLC on June 15, 2026 (Order #25002078) to ship two 2016 Honda Pilots from Tampa, FL to Logan, UT at an agreed total tariff of $1,598. I paid a $300 deposit by credit card at the time of signing.
The very next day, they sent me an email stating they could not honor the contracted price due to "market conditions" and "deadhead miles," and demanded a new total of $4,200 — nearly three times the signed agreement.
I have since verified through the FMCSA SAFER database (DOT# 4475173, MC# 1766718) that this company operates from a residential apartment (Apt 2214), owns zero trucks, and listed a different phone number on their federal filing than what appears on my contract. Despite marketing themselves as a major national car shipping company, they have no physical commercial office.
This is a textbook bait-and-switch scheme. They use a low quote to collect your deposit, then manufacture reasons to demand significantly more money once you are committed.
I have filed a formal complaint with the FMCSA and initiated a credit card dispute. I am also reporting this to the Texas Attorney General's office under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
If you are considering using this company, get everything in writing, do not pay any deposit until you are certain they will honor the price, and verify their credentials directly at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov before signing anything.

Harry was amazing to work with!
We had the pleasure of working with Harry! We were moving with a super weird/undefined timeline and he worked very hard to get us exactly what we needed. It unfortunately ended with us needing to cancel the order, but even then Harry was so kind and helpful in getting us taken care of and avoiding any unnecessary fees. Amazing customer service!
