I dealt with a scumbag named John Deph at phone number 404-383-2026. He swore he could ship my son's car to Tallahassee for $600 and said I needed to make a $100 refundable deposit. He failed to secure a car hauler and stated via a phone call that the $100 would be refunded. Over 3 weeks later, and no refund so now I had to file a cc duspute. Not responding to emails either.

I would not trust this company to deliver a car. They are scammers. I contacted someone by the name of of Jason Walker by text at (404) 882-3326. I inquired about the price to transport a 2015 Nissan Sentra from Miami, Florida to Montgomery, Alabama. I was told that I needed to pay a $100 slot booking fee to hold a position open for the transport of the car. They quoted me an all-inclusive quote of price of $425 (Quote ID: 25139714) to tranport the car. I later found out that the price of $425 was way to low transport a car from Miami, Florida to Montgomey, Alabama. The average cost that charged by other auto transporters for the same distance and same type of car was at least $800. Long story short, I paid the $100 fee which was supposed to be refundable. That text message was sent me on July July 14, 2026. And they keep giving me the run around. This was a case of bait and switch because later quoted me a price of $800 to transport the car, after giving me the initial quote of $425. DON"T BE FOOLED BY THESE AUTO DELIVERY COMPANIES. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. DO NOT PAY ANY UPFRONT BOOKING FEES BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND. PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I ended up using PETRON LOGISTICS LLC (USDOT# 4551308). They were sent to me by SGT Auto Transport. SGT Auto and PETRON LOGISTICS LLC delivers your car fast and on time. I will use them again and again.

They handled everything efficiently, communicated clearly at every step, and made sure the entire shipping process went smoothly. Their team was reliable, supportive, and easy to work with. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and I would gladly recommend their services to others.

Upon confirmation with a reputable and established car transport service—omitted for Privacy and to not buy them any issues with USA Carship—the following occurred:

I elicited a quote from the reputable Autotransport company to have my vehicle shipped from New Mexico to Washington due to a work-related transfer.
USA Carship, Inc. pays for data-mining and tried to beat out the reputable company on the transportation contract for my car by offering me the transportation service for a whopping $650 USD, as opposed to the better company’s $1,500 offer.
I signed an agreement with USA Carship thereafter (which was strange because it included by IP Address) after performing a very brief authenticity check—which did not reveal substantially derogatory information, other than “mixed reviews,” with some users stating hat USA Carship did not pick their car(s) up.

A day later, upon being prompted to do so by their “finance specialist,” “Harris,” on July 20, 2026, I paid the requested “$150.00 USD” holding fee. “Harris” and the Transport specialist, “Mark,” who I now believe are one and the same, agreed to have the vehicle picked up on 7/22, with 7/23 as the latest date for the agreed upon $650 USD (or approximately that amount).
My vehicle was never picked up and now, a week later, I’ve been without a vehicle after flying my family to WA because USA Carship wants me to pay approximately $3,000 USD to ship my vehicle to WA and will not return my deposit of $150 USD! These losers have scammed many others the same way!
The Autotransport companies that are legit can see that USA Carship is holding my vehicle hostage by increasing the bid amount with the contractor carriers to keep my vehicle from being picked up on behalf of the reputable carriers.

From reviews online, I’ve gathered that USA Carship is continuously keeping $150 from each person / family and then doing the same thing to them, ultimately keeping $150 without doing anything for the people they are defrauding. Someone please help stop them!

I have all of the communications and calls with them for evidentiary purposes—just in case anyone wants to imitate a class-action suit!

Terrible company! They are scammers! Will also quote you a great price, but one you pay the deposit They are going to say that they are having problems with the driver and had to find someone else. Then the price goes up! Please so not do anything business with these people because they are not a reputable business.

They gave me a range on the phone then in person it was a completely lower range. And they gave me the bottom end of that even though it said 2025 with 20,000 miles. The dude who came was a bossy arrogant know it all the whole company acts like they're the boss and like you don't know what the f*** you're doing and because they acted like that they neglected to give me the back of the pink slip so I can release my ability because he took charge he even had the nerve to ask me if I was sure I had the pink slip as if because I'm a woman I'm in complete idiot or something . it's pretty screwed up because it's your car don't let them act like that yeah it's a good service if you don't want to deal with selling your car but you're going to get low balled just remember that honestly make it a last resort option. The company made an appointment and an hour past that appointment time nobody showed up I called oh the guy had an emergency but nobody thought it would be a good idea to let me know so they sent another person it was another 2 hours Totally inconvenienced me because I had to go to work. Then they can't do a check over $10,000 so I had four checks and they took 8 days to clear their handwritten business checks not cashier's check which would have been a hell of a lot easier to cash it's just a bunch of BS and I don't recommend

Now, I cancelled my order to ship across states as I wasn't getting a warm and fuzzy feeling from their rep (Jason Walker). Jason was slow to text me back when I had questions, at one time he said over the phone that he was busy and to text him, before he rudely hung up. I then dug around and found the Trustpilot reviews... I then immediately informed Jason that I was bailing and to keep the $200 deposit - I simply feared what I had read about all the scamming, bait and switch etc...would happen to me. I am now going with a reputable co. Furthermore, is it odd that everyone I talked to at USA CarShip had thick foreign accents but were named Alex, or Jason so on....????

Worst experience in my life with this company. I was working with Harris Jason to get my car moved and he told me one price with specific date witch I agree and paid the deposit then when time comes for pick-up no body show up and I have to take off from work all day just waiting I tried to call of Couse there is no respond, till Monday and I called again without any apologies from them or excuse they want me to have new different contract with different Hight cost $$$. Well, they already FK my plan really good… but I only asked to get my deposit back; they refuse & want to use my $300 for new different contract witch I never being signed or approve it. Thanks God my brother-in-law is lawyer take-care of it with my bank disputed and getting my money back, otherwise we were going to court for scaming people like this definitely this is Fraud. And further more they kept my personnel bank Credit Card info. Witch I have to order new one ☹

Like people have said in previous post this is a bait and switch operation. Let me tell you how it works. They get the booking fee, which is about $100 and tell you one price. You pay for it. Then when you go to arrange the pick up and make sure solidified the price it goes up 500%. They quoted us 350. After they then quoted us 1100 once the booking fee was paid any positive reviews on here are lies. This is a complete scam. Please take our word for it. Do not do business with this place.!!!!!!!!

They get 1 star only because the car was actually delivered. Was not picked up or dropped off on time but it eventually came. Now let me explain my experience. I was quoted $800 and paid a $150 deposit fee to get a driver assigned. Once a driver was assigned the price magically doubled. The drivers don’t know nor do they make contact with the representatives you speak to over the phone. The quote you’re given is solely to make you pay a deposit. After having to get 3 different drivers assigned because of dumb reasons like they “lost their phone” or they “need another day” the 4th driver actually came to pick up my car after I called the company enraged. Once the 4th driver was assigned they told me the driver requests an additional $200 deposits for “fuel and expenses” which turned out to be false since I now have text message proof the driver was unaware of this. Even when dispatch called me & I explained this & they said this was a common issue with USACarship. Fast forward 1 week when my car was delivered not only did I pay double what I was quoted, but an ADDITIONAL $100 because the drivers contract had the actual amount that I was never told about on it. They take your money, promise you email confirmations & contracts but never send them & of course, they NEVER answer the phone once they learn your number. I would say they are a scam but since my car was actually delivered and not stolen I’m gonna label them a bait & switch company. After they doubled the price I started recording every call & message between me, them, dispatch & the drivers. I will be taking all of this info to every review site, my bank, BBB, and local Atlanta new stations where they are based to spread awareness. Use this company at your own risk but beware the risk is sky high. Read through all the reviews not just the 5 star reviews from bots claiming these people to be “so professional”. After realizing how many people this has happened to I feel as though I should be the one to put an end to it since I have nothing but time on my hands due to retirement. Hear this USACarship, getting the money you stole from me will not stop me. Reaching out to me will not stop me. Old age will not stop me. I’m going to pursue you to the fullest extent of the law. I’m reporting you to every news station in your area AND mine. I’m posting everywhere that offers reviews whether it’s online or social media. My new mission is to make you stand in front of a judge and be tried for your actions no matter how many years it takes. It’s my turn to play games now.

Never do business with them they will not refund you or cancel your transaction. They will lie until you many different things until you reach out to your own bank. Then they will not answer calls from your bank. Will be trying to call them to get your money back so I would just not do business with them.

Literally the biggest scam ever. I don't often write negative reviews but these guys are crooks. They told me my shipment would be $700, I agree and pay deposit, then they say it will actually be $2,700!

Then when I say I cant afford that and to just cancel the shippment they ghost you and dont refund you're deposit. Shaddy shaddy people

I had a very poor experience with USA CarShip.

First, they provided a lowball ship estimate to get me to sign their contract with $100 deposit, (which provided no price guarantee and required you to use their service exclusively or pay $200 cancellation fee). The deposit was to be paid to the driver (but later told that it was for insurance.)

The contract failed to disclose (Nor did they disclose it verbally) that they had $150 broker fee, regardless of the transport price.

The original quotes were 3 to 4 times the original estimate. Their final quote was 2 times their original estimate (which they required me to take or charge me a $200. cancellation fee.)

The final estimate they quoted was $100 greater and the transporters quote.
Also, they requested an $100 advance for the Transporter’s gas (but never provided that to the transporter.)

In summary, They charged me $450 for their service for a transport that only cost $400.

Steer clear of this firm and their bait & switch scam practices.

This is a scam and i don't recommend anyone trying to ship their car with them. They will tell you the price for the car to be shipped and after you sign that stupid contract, they will change the price. It's very unfortunate that i fall for their trap and if you are planning to ship your car with them, please think twice. I have requested for my refund, and they are not willing to pay it because i shipped my car to a more reputable company. I will not stop writing reviews until i received my refund. Its two weeks now. Finn Smith i need my money. STOP SCAMMING PLEASE

Good company I want to work with them in the future

Horrible experience. Just like the last company, they promise a time and date and then just keep moving it again and again. They are unprofessional. After being told they can do this the next day or two, they canceled and said next week. I checked in three times to make sure it was still happening. About 10 minutes before the pick up time they said they can't do it. They will lie to you and the demand you pay more to cancel. What a scam.

Having big problems with this company, first the courier who picked up the key to auto close the garage and it was unable to be open. Had to mail the house key at a cost of $56 our this resulted in a two day delay for picking up the auto, then the agent wanted me to pay a additional charge of some $150.00 which I disagreed with. They threaten to take car off road, I state okay just tell me where it is and I will arrange another company to pick it up. The price which I agree on was to be $399 they even wanted more money because of the location. I would not recommend this company.

Communication was quick and delivery was safe, but some unexpected extra fees appeared during the process. Overall, a mixed but acceptable experience.
