improvements have done for me. From the time that I placed the order they turned up on time to take the measurements. Until they fitted the windows. The 2 men who fitted them where very polite and worked in a clean way. and left everything in order when they had finished. Thank you.

Admiral Windows and Doors were excellent the quality of workmanship was second to none. The fitters Steve and Josh were really lovely guys. Very respectful of your property, clean, tidy and took great pride in how to fit the windows and doors. Always asking our opinion and taking on board exactly what we wanted to achieve. I would highly recommend this company but especially these two excellent fitter's Steve and Josh. We were so happy with their product and the end result.

We recently had a new front door and the service was truly great.

We visited their showroom and there was no sales pressure what so ever, just a friendly welcome with the offer of advice and assistance if we wanted it.

When we sought information, Markesse was great, he explained our options clearly and gave us a price to take away and consider.

The ordering, survey and installation process was a breeze. The fitters were very professional and installed it to a high standard.

The door came from the factory with the wrong glazing installed. Once this was pointed out, there was no quibbles and the correct one was ordered and installed without any fuss.

I would highly recommend Admiral for their quality of products and their customer service, both pre installation and for after sales.

We approached Admiral after our neighbour said that two of her colleagues had recommended them. First contact was brief but productive as Marc agreed to see us the following week. From there on Admiral stayed in regular contact assuring that every thing was right with our order.The windows and doors are great looking product fitted with comfort plus glass which I recommend you pay the extra for.The installers were very friendly and professional, every where was left clean and tidy. Very very happy with our windows and doors and with Admiral Home Improvements on the whole..An excellent service.

The initial contact by sales then surveyor where the price of our new patio doors did not change. The installation went well although we were sad for only one person involved & volunteered to help. The follow up was spoiled by the paperwork quoting a date not reflecting the real one received by phone and it also being sent twice by email .
Door’s quality good so far, hope this feedback helps make service improvement happen.

From the initial viewing of the products to the completion of the fit went seemingly well! all staff where great, communication, assistance with choices, a lovely company to work with. The quality of the finished fitting and product is superb!

Troy visited our house and having discussed our requirements we went to the showroom. All the options were explained and we weren't pressured into any decision. We had no hesitation in going back and making our order though. We were contacted with an installation date a couple of weeks later. Kyle was our door fitter and with 22 years experience he did an excellent job. He arrived on time, cleared up afterwards and explained the locking mechanism. Both of the employees we dealt with were excellent. It is nice to be able to use a local company with confidence.

Admiral were extremely professional from the start in their showroom to the completion of the installation. We were looking for a replacement door, shown lots of options and given sound advice. Once we placed an order the follow through was timely and we were kept informed. Delivery and installation were completed within the promised timeframe. The quality of the door is excellent and the installation team of Steve and Josh are a credit to Admiral. Well done, would thoroughly recommend.

Overall, I was very impressed with the initial installation by Admiral Home Improvements. What really stood out to me was their excellent customer service later on. After I noticed some structural movement in my property, they were more than happy to come back out. They quickly adjusted everything to stop the doors/windows from nipping. Fantastic aftercare and great value for money too!

Great experience from start to finish. Markeese and Jordan were fantastic, very patient, professional, and super efficient throughout the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. The windows are excellent quality, were fitted within a matter of weeks, and everything was completed smoothly with no issues at all. We're really pleased with the result and would highly recommend them.

Our installer, Josh, was really great; very skilled, professional and friendly.
We are delighted with our new front door, which has really enhanced the front of our house.
