When I logged the call (no answer on phone - had to log my email) about an issue with my alarm I felt the time suggested to repair was too long given that I pay a monthly fee for monitoring. However when the technician arrived due to a cancellation or perhaps my feedback I thought he was very pleasant and worked efficiently.

Professional Alarm Firm
Action Alarm helped us through the whole process. The Engineer was very kind and explained everything. He was very neat and tidy.
Our Home Insurance refunded us €75 after we had alarm fitted.
We have a Fob which allows us to turn Alarm On or Off anywhere in the house or our Mobile phone.
We feel safe and secure in our home.

Very good service start to finish. Nice sales people. Mad who installed was friendly and did the installation quickly. Would prefer an alarm system that beeps when you enter as it reminds you to turn off when you’re wrestling a toddler, but that’s just a preference and it’s probably more secure that it’s silent.

Your engineer called to say he was on his way, arrived on time and swiftly completed his job. Very professional. He even helped me to give my neighbours car who was just home from holiday a push start as he was leaving.
