I booked a Disney holiday for feb 27 with Charlotte and received excellent service so when we were thinking of a cruise I contacted Abbey travel again and was put in contact with Michelle. We always book our holidays ourselves but these two trips required being over seen by the professionals and that’s exactly what they are-‘professional’. Can not rate the agents or service high enough -fantastic. Would highly recommend and will refer family and friends their way!

Trip to Bali to meet our son, so the time and place was important to us and they made it possible and getting the best option for us in our hotel ,staff member was so easy to deal with and so helpful.

We recently booked a big family adventure holiday to Canada. We needed a lot of help with the booking with different family members flying in and out on different dates and staying in multiple cities. Toni from Abbey Travel was amazing in researching the options and getting answers to our queries. She was so helpful and efficient, nothing was ever any trouble. We were delighted with the high standard of our accommodation. Toni resolved a query we had with our hotel following the trip. Everything went so smoothly we would definitely book with Abbey Travel again.

I booked my holiday to Orlando with Yvonne who was extremely helpful & made planning our trip so easy, as it was our first time going there. It made us feel at ease when she recommended a hotel & gave us tips to make the holiday seamless. She mentioned we were on our honeymoon & the hotel gave us a room upgrade which was an added bonus.

We took a tour of Southern Ireland with our guide Valeria, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She also organized the vegan dinners, and for that we are truly grateful. Valeria gave us very useful information about all the places we visited, making even the bus trips enjoyable. The hotel stays were comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Our driver was a skilled guide.

We dealt with Linda in Swords Abbey Travel. She was excellent to deal with and worked very efficiently on our behalf. Always very quick to respond. The other ladies in the office gave us advice also coming near our holiday as it was our first cruise. The cruise itself was fantastic and we enjoyed it so much that we have contacted Linda again to give us a quote for another one!
I would recommend using an agent when booking a cruise because if there are any delays (we had a 3 hrs delay and the ship was held for a half hour for us), they cruise line look after you. I would highly recommend Linda in Abbey Travel.
