Don't buy from Angel London …

I think Angel London is consciously misleading. It implies it's a UK company selling branded items but the clothes appear to be look-a-like garments made and shipped from China, After several weeks and an almost daily stream of contradictory emails my order finally arrived today. I don't want to keep it and would love to pursue their complex returns policy but life is too short.

So wish I had read all these before I fell for the advert!!! I'm getting my 10% back and at least buying a bloody coffee to make up for getting SCAMMED... Might I suggest that we all squeeze into our absolutely awful clothes and meet up to try and make sure NOONE ELSE EVER BUYS FROM HERE AGAIN! THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED!!!!

I basically got scammed. I ordered a dress a size up, and it arrived crumpled and tightly taped where the packaging had been damaged. I thought I’d try it anyway, but it didn’t fit. I was then given a choice: a 10% refund with no return, or pay postage to India and a £15 restocking fee. Angel London is a very misleading name. I will NEVER buy from them again, and I advise you not to either. Shocking company — DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. In my experience, SCAM! FRAUD!

They've sent 10 or more emails say my parcel has been dispatched and is now out for delivery that was over a week ago so I'll just get reimbursement from my card provider.
Do not get Angel jackets mixed up with this fraudulent bunch called Angel London.
Stay clear and use Angel jackets instead

Absolutely totally shocking

Absolutely totally shocking
I’m appalled that this company are still in business and suggest that’s it purely because they are in India
They sell fraudulently claiming clothes to be much more expensive and actually I’ve had better quality fancy dress outfits for 5£ from eBay

The workmanship was so poor I can only imagine the items were made by children under 7 with material of the cheapest quality possible
I mean it was trash
I’d not even use it for floor cloths and put it all straight into the bin
I was offered a refund if I returned the item to India, which would’ve cost almost as much as the original item so it is basically a false invitation
It took weeks for the items to arrive
And frankly, I would rather they were lost in the post
Cheap and extremely nasty
DISGUSTING
ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL

Angel London clothes are a scam

Like others I was scammed by London address and promise of 30 day returns. There is no words to describe the shoddy net curtain material for the glorious dress I was expecting . Hideous and unfinished. Trying to return impossible. It is too ugly to even give to a charity shop so I will bin it and learn my lesson. This company are scammers taking your money with no intention of returns an option . 4-6 weeks to process ?! Madness . Do not be fooled. Do not buy .

Fraudsters with a UK front

They have accidentally shipped a pair of shoes to me that I cancelled within 24 hours. Have told me I have to pay the cost to send it to India. On arrival the shoes are the wrong size they still won't offer me a free refund. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute rubbish

As with everyone else's comments do not buy from this company. Ordered a mens medium sized shirt for myself which is my normal shirt size. Probably could of fitted into it when I was 12. My wife who is 5ft 2 can almost put it on. Also sent me the wrong colour. Same deal as everyone else who contacts for a return. Send to India at my own cost with a £15 restocking fee or keep shirt and receive a 10% refund. Absolute joke have contacted my bank to try and get a refund that way.

Do not even think about doing business…

Do not even think about doing business with this company. If only I had read these reviews first but was reeled in by them using London in their name. Nothing whatsoever to do with London and in my case it was India. Everything other reviews have written is true. A complete and utter scam. You have been warned !

Bob Dent.

Bob Dent.

What a lying cheating company!
A complete sham and scam. Cheap poorly made garments wouldn’t even give to a charity shop, in fact they wouldn’t accept them.
BE WARNED!!!!!!!!

It should be zero stars.

It should be zero stars.
The products are the worst quality you could possibly encounter.
It is a complete scam, and don't even think of getting your money back via them. they just offer discounts on future orders, and when you demand money back they automatically take a fee and then give you an address in India or China and pf course the delivery charge is on you. What is the betting that if you did send the goods back they would just deny it arrived. Don't waste your time just go through your credit card company.
This scam operation is a professional set up and have set up other brands linked to Uk cities. Cambridge, Brighton and London are just 3 of their bogus locations I am aware of. Apparently they are based in Blackpool. and the Police fraud squad seem powerless to take them down

Angel London - SHAM

Don’t be fooled by London logo - On receipt the product was crumpled up and material was completely different to the one advertised. To return I have to cover the cost of postage but to add insult to injury they will then deduct £15 from original buying price. Not only that return address (surprise surprise) is in India so all things considered it would not be viable for me return. Can’t believe I’ve been duped by one of these sham companies yet again implying they’re based in London - more fool me🤦🏻‍♀️

Ordered satin knit dress

Ordered satin knit dress. Very poor quality. Tried to return item. Offered 10% discount and if you didn’t except then required to pay shipping plus £15 sorting fee per item. Disputed this as their website said 100% refund but would budge - stay away. This company is a scam. This is not a UK company and returns are to India.

⚠️ WARNING

⚠️ WARNING — ANGEL LONDON

My items never arrived, and I was given misleading tracking and delivery information. The company also gives the impression of being based in London, UK, which I have serious concerns about. Very disappointing experience. Please be careful, do your research, and think twice before ordering!
