Non-quality product
The product took 10 -12 days of delivery. The product DOES NOT work. A green light is on, when it is connected with the power. But no button is working!
I hope that the exchange process works at least least. If not , I would see it as a FAKE shop from China !

Too expensive, heating program unacceptable
From the three programs, the heating program is a joke, it doesnt get really hot. Overall much too expensive, i knew it will be chinese garbage, but my wife wanted this....

I waited a very long time for my order to arrive—over two weeks!! Yet, after just two nights, I already received a request to leave feedback, which I found quite inappropriate. Instead, I would have appreciated some information on why the delivery took so long.
I ordered the pillows because I suffer from shoulder pain due to side sleeping. The pain has eased a bit and is no longer as intense, and I hope it will continue to improve. However, due to the side-sleeping position and the height of the pillow's side wings, my ears get squished. Now I wake up with ear pain in the morning.

Form and quality of the cushion fitted well. It took only 5 days to get my body familiar with the new sleeping position and since then I feel great.

1) delivery took long, so this is a one week experience only: CS holds head and neck in comfortable position all night, but neck pain in the morning still continues.
2) Far too many offers with better conditions give me the bad feeling I've bought 2CS far too expensive.
3) no information whether my cushions are model year 2026 with better quality which I paid with EUR 19,20 extra
4) sending offers twice a week overload the inbox and this pushing practice makes CS a non reliable company. reduce this to newsletters with valid content on a monthly basis.
