Worst of the worst service and the shoes have alot of mistakes in it, they hide behind there excuse that its hand made. But how can a size41 shoe have a 40size fitting? and when i send it back too them they blame me that i have wear the shoe? How if it dont fit? The shoe's inside is too smal.... I wont never ever waste my time on this company again, these ratings did justice for the bad work they deliver, and trust they destroy, the brand name crime fits yall good,

After purchasing some shoes, the brand cancelled my purchase by the time they should have arrived at my Home. They are unable to manage their stocks and use your purchases as bank loans. Moreover, they don’t offer any compensation for fixing their mistakes.

Shoes are great, really cool design, very confortable and very good quality. I think they should work more on boy's models, as for girls are super cool, but for boys i find there are few cool models. It's a great alternative to Golden.
I had a problem with one of my purchases, my package was lost (DHL lost it). I battled with DHL to try to find it and had no positive answer.
At the end, the customer service from Crime helped me out. Really quick and patient guy.

I ordered a pair of shoes on december 22nd and they haven’t arrived yet. I have sent them several emails but thay haven’t answered any of them. I event tried instagram dm’s.
My order hasn’t been sent or prepared and i paid 179 euros. what a shame!

Ich habe bei Crime London Schuhe im Wert von 170 € bestellt, doch die Bestellung war ein absoluter Reinfall. Die Lieferung wurde angeblich zugestellt, aber das Paket ist nie bei mir angekommen. Nach meiner Beschwerde eröffnete Crime London einen Fall beim Versanddienst, und es stellte sich heraus, dass der Paketbote meine Unterschrift gefälscht hat. Obwohl Crime London als Händler für die Lieferung verantwortlich ist, wurde keinerlei Unterstützung angeboten. Alle Anfragen auf Rückerstattung wurden abgelehnt und die Verantwortung lediglich auf den Versanddienst geschoben. Am Ende stehe ich ohne Schuhe und bin 170 € los. Der Kundenservice ist eine Enttäuschung und absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen und kann nur jedem abraten, bei diesem Unternehmen zu kaufen.

I ordered shoes worth €170 from Crime London, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The delivery was allegedly made, but I never received the package. After my complaint, Crime London opened a case with the shipping company, and it turned out the courier had forged my signature. Despite Crime London being responsible as the seller, they offered no support. All refund requests were denied, and they simply shifted the blame to the shipping service. In the end, I’m left without shoes and out €170. The customer service is disappointing and far from customer-oriented. I will never order here again and strongly advise others against purchasing from this company.

I ordered a pair of sneakers and the quality was terrible, they are so cheap like a cartoon and they cost 250$

Cheapest customer service, the shoes got damaged after barely wearing them twice, contacted customer service and they did nothing.
$250 for cheap quality and poor customer service.

@Crime London thanks for the good service as always! One of my orders was not ok for quality control before shipping so after one email from them to me I found another pair on the website ! Btw its my 6 pair of shoes from crime London ! Love the disign and quality ! And the discount ;-)

Great looking and feeling shoe. Unfortunately they are very hard to lace without breaking the holes for the laces. The suede material where the lacing is got torn apart the second time i put them on and tightened the laces.

All perfect! I would like to recommend it!

Ive brought a few pairs of crime London trainers. I absolutely love them, The most comfortable trainers I own. I had ordered a few pairs of trainers on one order & had decided to send one pair back. Unfortunately the trainers had got lost in transit to Italy for a month or so before finally arriving back to me 🙄. Simone at customer services couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging a courier to collect them from me to Italy. Fantastic 5 star service
