Never again Clevertronic
Clevertronic sold me a refurbished cell phone that they obviously did not check and that did not work right after unpacking.
The customer service was a time consuming catastrophy. They agreed to send me another phone, which 3 days later they rejected to do - without telling me any reason. After a dozen emails forth and back I finally gave up.
Never again Clevertronic.

danke für deine Rückmeldung. Es tut uns leid, dass dein Gerät direkt nach dem Auspacken nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Genau das darf bei einem geprüften, refurbished Gerät nicht passieren.
Wir hatten dir zunächst ein Austauschgerät zugesagt, konnten das dann aber nicht mehr liefern. Das hätten wir dir früher und klarer sagen müssen. Dass sich der Kontakt danach über so viele Emails gezogen hat, ohne schnell zu einer Lösung zu kommen, lag an uns.
Weil kein passendes Austauschgerät mehr verfügbar war, haben wir dir den Kaufpreis über dein ursprüngliches Zahlungsmittel erstattet.
Für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen wir uns ausdrücklich.
