Very fast delivery and ease of ordering, haven’t had it long enough to see the affects

9I regret buying these products. Based on my experience, they do not perform anywhere near the way they are advertised.

The vacuum cleaner has weak suction and often leaves behind dust and small debris even after going over the same spot several times. On the highest suction setting, it becomes extremely loud. The bright green light on the front is also more annoying than useful, making it uncomfortable to use rather than helping you see dirt.

The steam cleaner was just as disappointing. The long power cable constantly gets in the way, and the steam output is far too weak for a product in this price range. It doesnt clean anything! For 800 DKK, I expected much better performance.

The return process made the experience even worse. Although the company advertises a 60 day return policy, customers have to pay for the return shipping themselves, and the return cost is expensive.

In my opinion, if a company truly stands behind the quality of its products, it should provide free returns so customers can shop with confidence.

Instead, I am ending up paying for products that did not meet my expectations and then faced additional costs just to return them. customer service! I dont want your sorry, I want free return n full refund for order #36941!

Based on my experience, I would not recommend these products or buy from this company again. Its Temu quality. Save your money!

The watertank leaked during charging og my floor was ruined. When I contacted cleanfriend they were very friendly as always, but their final answer was basically read the fine print, we are not liable

They are scamming customers with fake advertisements. Promising 30% discount on the advertisement, and then only 20% when you try to buy it. I contacted the support, and where promised 30%, but then they never responded to my mail. Not a serious business and I would not recommend buying from them.

All good no complaints every thing as it should be

The airfilter is much nicer than I expected. I use it in my bedroom and felt the difference few hours later. Much better air. No noice in night mode. Good quality machine. I am going to buy two more airfilters for other rooms in the house. Just missed the Black friday offer. Will wait for next offer. Fantastic gift for anybody you love.
