First time ordering from Clarine. I reached out to customer service regarding my order. They got back to me right away and was able to help me with my order. The level of professionalism was great. I really appreciate them taking the extra time and going above and beyond to assist me. I definitely will place another order with them and would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Clarine.

I purchased six watches as gifts for my bridesmaids, so these weren’t just ordinary purchases — they were important gifts for a very special occasion. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with the watches and contacted Clarine expecting the matter to be resolved promptly.

I was told that replacement items would be sent on 20th August, and that I would receive tracking information within 1–2 working days. It is now 1st September and I have still received no tracking information and no replacement watches.

I have also emailed twice asking for an update and have received absolutely no response. Having to repeatedly chase a company for information, particularly when I was specifically told I would receive tracking details, is extremely frustrating.

I made it clear that these watches are bridesmaids’ gifts for my wedding, so there is a genuine time pressure. Instead of reassurance or an update, I have been left completely in the dark and worrying about whether the replacements will even arrive in time.

I understand that problems can happen with orders, but it is how a company handles those problems that matters. Unfortunately, Clarine’s communication and customer service throughout this experience have been extremely disappointing.

I would not recommend ordering from Clarine based on my experience, and I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

I said Clarine work like scam took you r money but not sending your order.

Still waiting after 3+ weeks

I placed an order for 3 watches on August 5th (order #113117). The order was marked as shipped on August 7th.

Today is August 29th, and I still haven’t received my order. The tracking has not shown any meaningful updates since August 7th.

I understand that international shipping can sometimes be delayed, but more than 3 weeks with no real tracking progress is unacceptable. I’m also concerned about the lack of clear communication regarding where my package actually is.

I’m very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend ordering from CLARINE unless they improve their shipping and customer support.

I ordered 3 watches on the 7th august and still haven’t received it. I’ve sent a lot emails around 5-6 and sent messages on Facebook and instagram and still haven’t received any response. This is absolutely unacceptable and disappointing customer service. Pls don’t order from them and get scammed like me .

I’m very pleased with my experience with Clarine. The watch looks even more elegant in person, with a beautiful gold-tone finish. The bracelet feels comfortable, and the overall design is classy and versatile, perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions.
The watch arrived looking exactly as expected, and I’m very happy with the quality and appearance for the price. It has a timeless, sophisticated style that can easily complement different outfits.

I bought 3 watches from their 'buy 1 get 2 free' deal around 2 months ago. At first everything went smoothly with the order, the delivery was quite fast and the watches looked amazing. But now after 2 months of every day wear I realized that my arm was turning green. Upon ckecking, the watch that was MARKETED as STAINLESS STEEL, was just brass colored with gold. Very dissapointed...

Initially there was a massive delay in watches being despatched and no one was answering my emails. Left a negative review and then Clarine got in touch , have apologised for delay, given me a 50% off voucher and watches are on their way. So good result. Will update when watches arrive..🤞

I had a small issue with delivery. Contacted company and issue resolved immediately.
