Terrible service!!!. Purchased chess set and had confirmation from business prior to purchase that it could be exchanged if my husband preferred a different chess set. However, after contacting the company to discuss exchanging the set he stopped returning calls, Emails and messages. Would not recommend purchasing from this business
I am quite disappointed by this company. I recently brought a wooden chess board and pieces for just shy of a hundred dollars. The pieces are low quality wood very light weight with poorly aligned felt on the bottom. The quality would be something you would buy for thirty dollars. The magnet holding the case closed is barely does the job. The squares on the board are very clearly faux wood. Just disappointed by the whole experience. I would not recommend.
