All I know is I'm kicking myself in the ass for not reading the reviews on this place cuz I would never submitted my gift card been waiting for 3 days and their AI customer service is crap and always repeats itself and refers you back to the email which I've done email and the email won't go through and then it tells me to go click on talk to manager and I go click on talk to manager and it just goes back to the homepage like I said I wish I would have done my research lesson learned this site is a bunch of bogus and definitely going to report them

I wouldnt even give them a 1. Drained all of my gift cards…even the ones they said they dont take. Total scam!!! No response from “supports” gmail address!

SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY $200 VISA GIFT CARD… IMMEDIATELY after submission. I should’ve looked at their reviews on this site before I submitted the card number. DON’T USE THEIR “SERVICE”. My LAST $200 I had to buy my monthly food for my dog and I are gone. All for it to be drained by these SCAMMERS. DON’T SUBMIT YOUR CARD INFO, they’ll empty your balance out right after submission and never respond or move your claim from “received”. Their AI bot is trash. Their “talk to manager” bottom doesn’t work, makes you email their fake customer support email. I’ve emailed them constantly since October 7th and they have not responded and I’m actually now receiving a rejected email notification whenever I email their “supposed” customer support email. This is ridiculous. Their phone number listed doesn’t even work either. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. I REPEAT, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. It’s crazy how low of morals you have to have in order to scam people out of their gift cards. My last $200 gone to these scammers. Now I’m disputing their $200 transaction they used at target with the gift card company and that dispute will take 45-60 days…. Not even guaranteed to win the dispute and get my money back that these SCAMMERS took. Making a whole account to write this review and I never make reviewing accounts. If I can save an innocent person from being ABSOLUTELY SCAMMED by making an account then so be it. No one should go through what I and SO MANY people based on the posted reviews have gone through.

I wouldn't give these people one star I've been relating for 2 days been promised to being connected to customer service and manager blah blah nothing works no phone number the website it's only thing the email doesn't work nothing I'm making a report

Terrible service, can’t reach a human, chat with manager is always unavailable. $200 gift card to Walmart now has a zero balance but I don’t have the money in my account. Still stuck in the first level before the verification. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!

Absolutely awful. The funds were removed from my gift card immediately and it has been 15 days since then that there has been no progress on sending the payment for it. I have emailed them, used their live chat, waited online on their talk to manager screen. I have not once talked to a live person. The site is fraudulent, a scam, theft.

On March 3, 2026 I was looking for a way to cash in my Disney Visa card. I found CashifyGCMart. In play store. I followed the instruction on what to do and sent 2 of my $50.00 gift cards to them. I contacted them and was told that I wrote the wrong Reference number down. I state that I had screen shot the information and admittedly was sent to customer support manager. I had to leave a message. I waited and I never got a rely back so, I tried again. Thinking that they was just have some technical difficulties. I was wrong, it was just another scam. So, I told the person that I was chatting with. I was going to take matters in my own hands with that being said. (Contact the police and make a report, put them out online and let people know that they are scammers them and you will not be getting your money and contact the BBB to see if them maybe able to assist me.

They are a scam. I wish i would have done my research first. They took the money off my visa gift card, i never received any confimation email or nothing. idk how these guys are still allowed to have a website. Evil pieces of shit. God has a special place for cocksuckers like this. Cowardly, weak people.

Run far away...these crooks took my gc number from Saks 5th Ave and drained the funds. I immediately tried calling, emailing and going online. I was completely ghosted. I called Saks and they stated unfortunately there was nothing that they could do, even though these scammers used the gc to shop online at the Saks Outlet (OFF 5th). I called every day and told Saks to track the name, address & order number and to freeze the card, cancel the order and provide me the details so I could turn it over to the police. Saks, stated that they were unable to acquiesce to my requests.

They stole my giftcard, I uploaded a tractor supply card for 100 supposed to get 73 back and I never got paid. No answer from their support team for two weeks now

Don’t get scammed twice buyer beware . This company is just one that is part of an open criminal investigation . There are multiple sites operating under the same pretense of offering cash for unused gift cards Same Day payment . They look very similar and provide a reference number for tracking . They all have the name of the site gc in it. Ex GcPrimo.com same Jargon and set up as this one . What you can do if you have been defrauded on one of these sites . Take the time to report this to the FTC, your Attorney Generals consumer protection dept or the FBI . Many states have passed legislation that may help you get a refund from the company who issued the card regardless of a clause that they are not liable . When you have millions jf people and it’s this easy for the criminals to operate in plain site the retailer is liable .If you return a gift at Walmart without a receipt your forced to accept the refund on their gift cards. Not only is this a tactic that ensures the money stays with them it opens you up to a system that protects the criminals and makes it impossible for you to report the crime . If you are forced to take a refund on one of there gift cards you would be wise to use it immediately . If you don’t it may just magically disappear and Walmart doesn’t make your transactions or where they occurred available to you . Gift cards are a scam from the get go and are best avoided if at all possible

Scammed me for $200. Swiped the entire balance of my gift card and gave me NOTHING! They need to pay for what they're doing.

I gave them my gift card details and got a refrence #GC-013101-1206183 and havent heard anything back and the funds still aren't in my account and its been 9 days. This happened on 6--1-26 and now it iss 6-9-26 ive emailed them 3 times and tried contacting them through there customer service help on there web page. And today I was doing some research and seem that this company is famous for this. Only if I I found out about that 9 days ago now im out a 60$ best buy gift card
