David looked after me and he was very professional and good salesman.

I would like to say from start to finish the service was 5 star , i dealt with a lovely gentleman call Phil he could not have done enough to make the experience so easy, i was purchasing a car for my son and im in Shannon Co Clare he had the car delivered to my door from Dublin, now where would you get that service, i would highly recommend Kearys Dublin. 5 stars *****

Alan is a legend. Went out of his way to help me personally to find the exact car I wanted.
The service and professionalism can only be described as top notch.

James Dennis ! he made our time there relaxed and informative. he is a sales person, but gives each customer the respect they deserve. We traded a 191 car and he gave us a very good price, no insulting low price. straight away gave us a selection of cars to choose from. Anyway we bought an audi A3. When we collected it ,it had been cleaned and polished, a beautiful car. However 7 days later my wife could not start it while out at a meeting, friends helped and got it going. Next day car would not start at the pumps, sat there for 30min, Eventually it started, we changed both fob batteries.Next morning no start again 10min later it started, so rang James in lmk,he said to go to a motor factor have them change the main battery and he would pay for it. We did this in Avondhu motor factors in Fermoy they fitted a new battery and James paid over the phone, now that's customer service at its best thank you James.

Ab my sales man went overboard with all the help that I needed

There was few issues when I bought the car and was worried so I contacted ab to see what we can do about it and without a thought ab said to bring it in and we will get it sorted didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything that was mentioned by me was sorted in no time .

My tank was filled up to the top car was valeted and polished , whenever I was stuck with something I would contact ab through wats app and within few minute I got a reply.

Car store should be greatful to have someone like ab in there, he is customer focused and looks to resolve any issue with no time

David and Warren were so helpful. I wasn’t sure the car I wanted was within my budget but David ensured I found the the exact one I was looking for within budget. I was worried about getting finance approved as I had never had any debt but Warren made the process a breeze. The entire process was quick, simple and stress free. Would recommend to anyone!!

I purchased a car on the 17th of July the car was a 151 it had a puncture, my windows did not work and there was four diagnostic faults for misfiring in cylinder 3 and there was a knocking noise going up the gears, I returned the car on the 18th on July, I spoke with Declan he was so rude would not let me speak also told me it was a bent spark plug (I also had a qualified mechanic with me as I felt like I wasn’t being listened ) which he explained that if the car was fully serviced the spark plug (wouldn’t be bent) there was no service record on the car since (2018) he gave me the car back after replacing the spark plugs and I drove the car for 20mins and the engine light came on (my mechanic plugged it into the diagnostic and it was the same 3 faults)
I brought it back again the following day as they wore closed and he told me that he’d have the car fixed I was once again explaining the noise in the car when changing gear he said “ it’s not as loud I can’t hear it so it’s obviously not a big problem, as I only work of what I can see not what I can hear” which in my opinion was absolutely ridiculous. my mechanic couldn’t stress enough that the car is not up the standard or road worthy as the tyres are over 7 years old , the noise in the gears while changing and also the faults in the engine. I am back and forth the last two weeks. I received my log book my name and address was spelled wrong. I had to cancel my finance on the car since as this company is no help and have no respect for there customers.

I recently purchased a Hyundai i20from Carstore on the Kylemore Road, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. I want to give special thanks to Richard, my sales rep, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

I was quite indecisive at the start and unsure of what I really wanted, but Richard was extremely patient, informative, and—most importantly—not pushy in the slightest.
