Able to do comparisons before getting quotes, variety of choice

The consultant who took my call was extremely helpful. She listened to my concerns about my current Health Fund. She then found me a new Health Fund which saved me money and paid higher amounts for the extras I use.

Found the information I was looking for easy to follow and brilliantly covered. It was my first time using the platform and it won't be my last

Don’t really use the app, difficult to setup the various options, doesn’t display all the available best rates in the Savings area.

To be honest, I did not want to be contacted by a Canstar representative, because I thought it would just be a case of them wanting to sell me a product that benefited them more than me. I was wrong. A wonderful CSR by the name of Chloe Stone... phoned me and within less than ten minutes, had recommended a few health insurance options which suited my specific needs and the monthly premiums for the level of cover I needed, were lower than anything I had personally researched in my own time. Chloe really listened to me and within minutes, had emailed me the information I needed. Chloe was impressive and Canstar can be proud that they have someone of such integrity and professionalism representing them. Many thanks for your kind assistance!

I chatted with an agent and he informed me of a rebate or such that I will see on my next billing period and to wait until August 1st to seek further assistance as apparently changes are occurring at that time.
Yes, power to our homes costs a bomb and for me it is so very hard to keep warm during Winter.

Not sure what you've done to your search parameters but 3 results from your most expensive partners ain't no help...and just now when I need support the most as my wife died unexpectedly only 1 month ago.

Lots of useful information on sites I wouldn’t normally use, so saves me time.

A good starting point but most of the time the product offering rated is not the same as what you get when you click through to the business page. Ie. you don’t gain anything using Canstar because you have to go digging to find the specifics of what you need anyway. I also find the pricing is way off from what you get offered for the specifics you’re looking for.

Really easy to follow, and lots of good information.

Easy to use filters and sorting to find what I was looking for.

Only way to make comparison was to quote individually and write down the quote. That wasn't what I expected from a comparison site. Also, Every quote was higher than my renewal notice using the same data from my renewal notice. My current insurer isn't on your list of insurers.

Great service thank you. I was able to sign up for private health insurance via a call and the insurance comparison was done for me over the phone. Very happy. I will definitely be using Canstar again in the future.
