Recently joined these guys with a business contract for two Sims. Both of them cost a fair bit cheaper than what I was paying for one with another company.

Spoke with Jack and Darren and their customer service was excellent. Nothing too much trouble and within two days I was up and running.

Connor has been very helpful in finding the best SIM card deal for me and my husband in our rural area of UK. He was consultative throughout, taking time to understand my needs and no hard sell which I appreciated - I was looking for a best solution and was going to be making a decision to change SIMs but would have been turned off by high-pressure tactics. He was very good at follow up and I felt very reassured to have his direct line number and a consistent person to go to.

Exceptional Customer Service from Start to Finish
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Kyle, who was absolutely exceptional. He was extremely polite, friendly and understanding, particularly as I was speaking from a busy coffee shop. Despite the background noise, Kyle immediately understood my requirements and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns regarding my phone and network provider.
What impressed me most was how effortlessly he understood what I needed and genuinely tried to find the right solution for me. His warm, welcoming and professional approach immediately put me at ease.
Kyle then transferred me to Connor, who was an absolute gentleman. Connor demonstrated the same outstanding level of professionalism, patience and attentiveness. He listened carefully to my needs, presented me with some excellent package options and patiently supported me through completing the necessary forms. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured.
Kyle and Connor are a tremendous asset to Compare the Networks. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to help me secure what I believe is the best deal available for my requirements.
This experience has genuinely reinforced my view that speaking with knowledgeable and personable specialists can be far more beneficial than approaching network providers directly. The level of customer service, care and support I received was first-class, and the aftercare and account management provided further reassurance.

I have been with this company for around three and a half years and I have only today realised that I have been ripped off. Badly.

Putting my own naivety to one side, at the end of 2022 I started my contract with Comparethenetworks.com and included was a new iPhone 14 (128GB), unlimited calls, texts and data. This set me back £68 a month for a year and a half. I expected this sort of cost because I knew that the phone was very expensive (£849).

After that, I was allowed an "early renewal" that would reduce my costs, which then went down to £44 a month which steadily crept up over 2025/26 to £51 per month...for a sim only contract! I recently (July '26) took another early renewal to try to bring these costs down which was reduced to around £42 per month.

I discovered today that unlimited contracts for sim only are around £15-£20 per month, so why am I paying £42 per month?! When I asked the company representative I was told first that they have generously released me from the rest of my previous contract by giving me an early renewal, then when I objected I was told that the remainder of the previous contract had to be paid off and that was reflected in my new contract.

"Early Renewal" is misleading! It really means they will spread out the remainder of the previous contract over a new longer contract to spread the cost. This initially lowers the costs but has you paying the remainder of the previous contract plus the cost of the new contract spread over three years without the ability to leave unless you pay exorbitant cancellation fees.

Now I am locked in to pay this for the next three years! I was trusting and assumed I was being given a competitive contract, I am being ripped off and am trapped.

Learn from my mistake. Avoid this company at all costs and deal directly with the Networks themselves.

Everything covered from start to finish, couldn't have made it any easier or clearer, 5 stars all round.

From the initial call the team - especially Crystal - have been wonderful to deal with. They live and breathe customer service and were very helpful throughout the process.
