I spent some time trying to get this thing to work in a rental apartment I'm stating in. Failed. Tried pushing all the buttons and various combinations of lever up, lever down, unplugging to reset the electronics, total failure. It sounded like it was trying to heat the water but nothing came out. Only the lights went out after 3 or 4 minutes.

machine broke twice, repair by migros took way too long and way too expensive, so they advised me to just buy a new one.

i also bought hazelnut coffeeB balls - online the ingredient list does not declare aromas, but on the physical pack there are aromas declared. i told the customer care and they pretend like there is no problem and do not add aromas to the online declaration.

The machine is not working from the first time that we tried to use it. Luckily it was gifted to us and we didn't pay for it. After a few attempts to use it, I put it back to the box and now I'm about to bring it to recycling.

One of the worst pieces of technology I've ever seen.

The machine constantly fails to do his jobs.
4 out of 5 times all the water goes through it into the basket, no coffee is brewed.

I’ve had the machine for about 4 months. I don’t understand the reviews as it makes a great home brew espresso. It might be user error as it did take a quick you tube video to get the hang of the machine. I love using the used coffee grinds in my plants !! Took away one star as the coffee balls can be harder to find (Netto always have ) and not quite cost effective with high traffic coffee drinkers. But it’s perfect for me!!

The dispenser could not turn. I had to insert the coffee balls manually. A pity. Else the coffee machine would be perfect for me.

I bought a coffee machine a few months ago during a sale. It was advertised as environmentally friendly and had a good discount, so I was hopeful. However, I didn’t expect such poor quality. After only a few uses, it broke down; the water started overflowing, making incredibly weak coffee. I contacted customer support, and they sent a replacement right away. While I was surprised it broke so soon, I was willing to give it another chance.

But then, the replacement also started malfunctioning after just a few uses. It began making strange noises, and the button for espresso stopped working entirely. This is the first time in my life I've had a product break down twice after only a handful of uses. When I requested a refund, they refused and said they’d only replace it with another machine. At this point, I’m sure the next one will also break down quickly—I’m beyond frustrated.

To make matters worse, they didn’t provide any instructions on how to dispose of the broken machine, which will cost me additional time and money. They seem determined not to issue a refund. I would not recommend buying from this company, as they are completely unreliable.

Worst machine ever.
Was in service two times already. It breaks and pumps the water inside instead of in a cup.
