Yep- I’ve fallen for it! Paid for a bike and equipment on 29 May and when nothing arrived I messaged in mid June and got the 30 day delay tactic. I followed up again this week and got another similar delay. So I started searching the company and it turns out it’s 100% a scam and I suspect I’ll never see my money.

Scam site. Prices too good to be true. If you know bikes you know its fake, preys on those that do not realise its fake. Avoid

Ordered and paid for the bike in May 2026, then received 3 changed delivery times, with delivery now scheduled for the end of July... I can probably feel blown away...

Fake shop. After the money transfer, the bank account was closed. No contact, no refund.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a bad experience with this company.

I am responding by sending emails to my bank, to the bank with the IBAN code to which the payment was made via an online IBAN code checker, to the Italian cybercrime unit, to the Portuguese cybercrime unit (fraud), to the local police station and to the Italian tax authorities (these "dishonest people) are probably not paying taxes.

Fraud! Stay away. Ordered more than one month ago, product is in stock (according to website) and still no delivery

SCAM.
Stay away. They will steal your money and also credit card details + your identity.

I am writing this to warn anyone considering making a purchase on this website: STAY AWAY. This is not a legitimate business; it is a fraudulent operation, likely a front for money laundering.

My Experience:
No Delivery: I placed an order quite some time ago, and the goods were never shipped.

The "30-Day" Loop: Every time I attempt to contact customer service, I receive the exact same scripted response: "Your order will be shipped in 30 days." This is a delay tactic used to prevent people from filing chargebacks with their banks until it's too late.

Stolen Money: They have no intention of fulfilling orders. They take your payment and go silent or provide endless excuses.

basicaly scam

i was imprudent , this website is good looking et i made a wire to command a bike. but at first they tell me a livraison date a month later , i try to cancel but they refused. I call my bank to cancel the bank transfer , i think it will be useless. and know they report the livraison 1 month later. I complain to ACGM and yahoo ( who makes publicity online for them )

Paced my order and payed it. They state that the payment is accepted and the items where in stock. However they just do nothing and do sent the items ordered.
I assume that I will never receive any of the stuff, I payed for.

STAY AWAY! This is a fraudulent scam operation run by SMARTTEK SRLS - VAT number: IT 03086740846 in Sicily Italy. I was scammed recently and despite reporting to UK police, registrars, and hosts, the site continues to be live and scam people. Trustpilot, can you do something?

Scam. I was stupid to buy a bike there and pay in advance. The compagny is based in Sicily Italia. I went to the police, but I think I never get my money back. I am very disapointed. It was a present for my wife

I bought a bicycle 1 month ago. On the page they promise 4 day delivery. When I did not get the delivery confirmation I contacted via email, they said it would take one month. I asked for a refund and they deny it. Radio silence until I contact them again after one month to get my delivery. They told me they would send it in 5 weeks. When you call, they hang up. At this stage, I have no faith I will get my bycicle nor my money. Dont buy anything here.

Please do not buy nothing From them. It is an scam. I bougth a bicicle 2 month ago I have just received kind emails saying do not worry. I have been waiting for almost two months
