Used helmet.
I paid for a new helmet. And recieved a used B product with visible damage on the head. The helmet was in the bag, no stickers on as its supposed when new and the visor was already changed. For a 300 dollar helmet i am disappointed.

Poor quality chain
I bought a chain from them for a road bike. I went on a road trip with the motorcycle, 12 days of riding, constantly worried it would break because the quality was absolutely terrible. Despite proper tensioning and daily lubrication every morning, the chain would end up completely loose and it wore out 4 chain guides, chewed into the swingarm, and destroyed the engine sprocket and rear sprocket (which were brand new).
24mx didn’t want to know anything about it and didn’t refund me a single cent.

Pros,a lot of choices to be had,sadly though in my case,numerous times I've ordered the sizes have not reflected reality, the time frome ordering to delivery is quite a long time.
Return of items isn't exactly simple either.
Got to say quite disappointed in general, do much so I ended up paying the local shop price for the items I needed,yea I paid more but at least I didn't have to wait a couple of weeks, trying the items on is of course a positive plus I got to support a local business.
I'd use xl again, but just on items I absolutely knew were OK. A lot of the items just lack quality you'd expect.

Weird you have no record as currently my order is in the returns process.

All items that can be ordered on the website are in stock. Some items are stored at our main warehouse in Poland, from where the majority of all products are shipped. These items have an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days. Other items are stored with subcontractors in various locations and are shipped via our warehouse in Poland.
In these cases, the delivery time will be slightly longer. The estimated delivery time is always on the product page for each item, and it is the item with the longest delivery time that determines the estimated delivery time for the entire order, as it must arrive at our warehouse before the order can be sent to you.
