Glear process and perfect bag

Order process was easy and clear. Order came faster than was estimated and we received continius updates on the progress of the order.

Gear bag is good quality and modification was made correctly. The bag is also perfect for ice hockey players ;)

I hade wrong products because the net…

I hade wrong products because the net side bike parts finder show me wrong part. You don't answer me when I ask free return for the part. It's been over week when ask it and no response.So my money is gone and I can't ride my bike because you don't answer me anything. Really really bad customer service!

Products were good but…

Products were good. However when I was sent a wrong item, two left knee braces, the reclamation process was way too long and slow.
At the end I got both braces…right and left. but it took three weeks.
