I couldt withdraw money because of document required.
I signed up with my hotmail.com email. I sent an email but never reply.
And then i sent an email with my gmail they replied. They approved my passport. And then they said hold a paper sheet(some notes on it) . Okey i taken pictures. Sent them. Multiple times i sent them. But they replying ‘ you didnt sent any document’ but i have proof emails delivered.
I am trying communicate with them last 1 month by the way
