About a year ago, I accidentally made an international call, and I paid the charge, since it was my mistake. After that, I called Tim Móvel and asked them to block international calls on my line to prevent it from happening again. They told me the block was in place. Recently, I unintentionally dialed an international number again, but the call went through. So, the block wasn’t actually active, and now I’m facing another charge. As a customer, I’m really disappointed because I trusted the information I was given. I hope Tim will look into my case carefully and offer a fair solution, and that this kind of request is truly applied, so other customers don’t go through the same situation.
