Best pillow ever. Beware additional costs
From the first night I had better sleep; noticeably better. However, I did not appreciate at all the way your website was set up when I ordered: I had no idea that the covers were all add-ons, almost doubling the price of the pillow. I almost didn't order at all because I felt tricked into buying more, because I had already committed to buying the pillow. At the very least, before one buys the pillow, there should be mention: "Pillow case not included. Various optional covers available at additional cost."
