I bought a Samsung Galaxy A53 in "Very Good" condition and paid extra for this higher grade because it was meant to be a gift for a friend.
The phone was delivered directly to the recipient, who initially said everything seemed fine. However, when I saw the phone myself two days ago, I noticed that while the front was in good condition, the back had three clearly visible crack or impact marks.
The phone works, but these defects do not match my expectations of the "Very Good" condition I paid for. It was disappointing and honestly a bit embarrassing to discover this after giving it as a gift.
Overall, a disappointing impression.
