I ordered a Dreame H12S Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner online via Best Buy. Life got busy and I did not get around to trying it out for a month. My mistake as Best Buy has a 30 day return policy and I was 2 days past that. The vacuum does not work. I have spent quite a bit of time going back and forth with Dreame trying to resolve this as it was not a cheap purchase. They have now asked me to ship it back to them for repair. I honestly did not realize Best Buy allowed outside sellers to use their site. So now I'm stuck with a hassle of dealing with the manufacturer directly. I will never purchase from Dreame again nor will I miss the 30 return window. Not impressed that it was a dud straight from the box.
