Really difficult to locate the lockers. Several were suggested but were no longer in use. Wasted time at four locations, until I found one I could use. Once at the lockers the process was relatively smooth. Item collected and returned without problems.

The site was really easy to navigate to see and understand what seats were available, last minute, for a Duran Duran concert in Verona. Payment and confirmation of e-tickets was straightforward. The only slight issue was that the additional admin/booking fees were not clear, which added approx £30 to the transaction.

Loveholiday got us a good price for a group holiday for 4 nights to Ibiza in May 2027 and the incremental payments are a big plus. Really good hotel. The party of 20 has been split across 4 bookings which increases the admin and ATOL charges and also 1 case has been missed from the booking, that now needs to be sorted with the airline directly.

The process of organising my new car has been very straightforward. Taylor was responsive with questions and the cost and terms I secured were very competitive. Finance sorted smoothly and car was successfully delivered. Would use select-cars again
