I placed an online order and the payment was fully accepted.
After that, the store made me wait almost a month without clear or timely updates.

After nearly a month, I was informed that half of my order would not be shipped because they “could not find the item”.
This is unacceptable, because:
• if an item is not available, it should not be listed for sale on the website
• the same item was available in their physical store, which makes this explanation even more questionable

Since they cancelled half of the order themselves, I asked to cancel the entire order and receive a full refund.

However, the store is now refusing to refund the full amount, even though:
• the payment was accepted
• they failed to ship the complete order
• the issue was entirely caused by their poor stock management and communication

I wasted almost a month waiting for an order they were never able to fulfill properly.
This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.

❌ I do not recommend ordering from this store online.
