Used Ola cabs in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR now this company not even deserve one rating. Create option of rating in minus for their excellent software and customer care. They charged me for toll charges where the cab broke down in few kms not even reached near by toll and charged full amount whereas not even a half distance was covered. No customer service despite many emails. Keep it up
