Horrible, they did nothing to help with my lost package.

---UPDATE: After raising my concerns, the company has since refunded the full amount. Although the initial experience was frustrating due to the lack of clear communication around the subscription, I acknowledge and appreciate that the matter was resolved in the end.---


I visited their website randomly, I suppose.. I guess I wanted to try it out and put my cards details in!
I don't even remember. It was probably so bad, I moved on fast and didn't even give it a second thought again. I never recieved any email saying I was now subscribed or that I should cancel anything (like a free trial); I got charged 256£ for a MONTHLY subscrition. It's insane, I cannot afford this, I wrote to them, they said I can cancel only within 7 days, its been 9 days; it's 2nd January now; so they refused. I was on holidays and I don't even use that card much.
I contacted my bank and processed a fraud claim. It's insane they want to charge so much money for something I clearly don't want. It's a trap. it's a scummy strategy to get people to pay money for something they aren't willing to, or it's not worth it.
