I had a very bad experience with…

I had a very bad experience with edreams.
I could not fly to Dubai becuase of Unclear requirements of travel in their booking email massage. The system easily charges us with the tickets costs, but it is unwilling to give advanced check about passports or develop a way of checking valid passports before the taking the money. And when I could not fly because of information i did not know, there were no one to contact in edreams. I do not think I would buy again from them.
