Whilst I cannot rate the skin product highly, because it did not make any difference for me. So, I wanted to take advantage of the refund policy. I was skeptical as to whether I would be successful. However, to my surprise the refund process completed very easily, so we'll done to the company for making that part of the process, painless. So 5 stars for that.

Ordering has been easy. I am using a number of their products and they appear to be good quality and well priced. I do recommend, as I already have, to people that I know.
