We paid £450 for a booking. We got an earlier flight and wanted to collect a 3 day booking 8 hours earlier. The cheapest price they could offer us to get the car was £1259. So we lost the car, as we didn’t want to waste a day of holiday and lost the £450. Scammers.

Useless. I was dealing with someone called Kieran Law, he promised to update me every time and call me. He never did. The property I was buying almost fell through because I was waiting for him so much. Really bad service. I found out through my solicitor that my mortgage had been rejected due to a ground rent issue, I never even got a call from him or anyone at the company. I had to keep calling in. Then he told me he had another product for me and would update me, never heard from him again. Seems like he was afraid of giving bad news. I would 100% avoid this company, I think they are too big and can’t provide the service expected.
