I had a problem with delivery I think someone stole my pkg they were very understanding and they are replacing my order

Never received my order they took my money really fast I do not have pkg no matter what they say will never buy from them again bought an ornament for my grandson terrible customer service for weeks now they are not correcting problem. Most companies would send out order again or do something to correct the problem worst experience I have ever had

I paid for my cake to play happy birthday and it didn’t very upset I tried sending messages but nobody responded to me I will never order again
