Flagged with NAB bank as fraudulent
I have emailed the company numerous times about my order they claim was sent to the wrong state. They won’t send a replacement or give a refund even though I laid the shilling protection. I’ve had to go legally with my bank and go this company for fraud , they send ai generated responses and emails and don’t take accountability nor resolve the issue. Do not purchase from them. I laid $60 for my sons birthday gift and it’s now never arrived , I’ve not been refunded or responded to in a polite manner and hey dint even offer to send me a new one or a store credit.
