My experience with Sure Leverage…

My experience with Sure Leverage Funding has been extremely disappointing.

I am writing this review to share my personal experience and to warn other traders. After a dispute regarding my payout and account issue, I was asked to remove negative reviews in exchange for compensation and a replacement account. I followed their instructions in good faith and provided the requested evidence, including screen recordings and screenshots.

Unfortunately, after completing my part, the promised resolution was not delivered, and communication became very difficult. My messages were ignored, and I did not receive the compensation or solution that was discussed.

I have provided all relevant evidence to Trustpilot and I am allowing them to investigate whether the company’s actions comply with review platform policies.

I am also following the appropriate steps through Trustpilot and any relevant authorities or complaint channels to seek a fair resolution.

I hope this matter is resolved professionally and that other customers do not experience the same situation.

My experience with QT Funded has been…

My experience with QT Funded has been very disappointing.

I purchased multiple accounts and spent a significant amount of money because I believed in this company and its services. However, I faced serious issues during my trading journey.

I experienced problems with account monitoring and dashboard information not matching what was happening on my trading platform. This created confusion and eventually affected my account status. I also had a payout issue where I believe I met the requirements, but my request was not handled fairly.

The biggest concern for me was the lack of a clear and transparent resolution. I provided explanations and evidence, but I did not feel that my case was properly investigated.

I am sharing this review because traders spend their hard-earned money on these challenges and deserve clear rules, reliable systems, and fair treatment.

I hope QT Funded improves its communication and reviews disputed cases more carefully.

Terrible support and poor handling of account issues

My experience with QT Funded has been extremely disappointing.
The customer support response is terrible. I had a problem with my account caused by what I believe was a system bug, but instead of properly investigating the issue, my account was closed.
After that, I tried to get help through email, support tickets, and even Discord, but I did not receive a proper response. I was ignored, and my access to Discord was removed instead of receiving a fair solution.
A company should value its customers and handle technical issues professionally. Unfortunately, my experience with QT Funded has been very frustrating and disappointing

Very poor experience – sudden account suspension without clear reason

I am very disappointed with my experience with QT FUNDED. Due to what appears to be a system issue or internal error, two of my trading accounts were suddenly suspended.
I purchased these accounts by borrowing money, and this situation has put me under serious financial and emotional pressure. I tried to resolve the issue through support, but I have not received a proper or clear solution so far.
I respectfully request a full review of my case and a fair resolution. If this issue is not addressed, I will continue to escalate it through official review platforms and customer protection channels.
I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this matter as soon as possible.

⭐ Negative Review about QT Funded

⭐ Negative Review about QT Funded
I had a very bad experience with QT Funded. After trading for some time while strictly following all the rules, my account was suddenly suspended due to what they called a “system bug” or internal issue, even though I did nothing wrong.
The most frustrating part was the lack of clear explanation. The support team did not provide any transparent or convincing reason and only responded with generic, repeated messages. It really felt like there is no proper transparency in how decisions are made.
In the end, I lost access to my account and all the time and effort I put into trading. I am still expecting a proper explanation and compensation for the damage, but so far there has been no serious follow-up from their side.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional prop firm. It raises concerns about fairness and reliability for traders who are looking for a transparent environment.

This seems to be a type of mistake or…

This seems to be a type of mistake or system error.
When I passed the phase, the risk management team initially made an error and set my account back to Phase 1. I completed Phase 1 again, and after a week, you realized the mistake. I already pointed out the initial error.
Now, due to a system bug, my account has been blocked because it shows a daily loss breach. If the daily loss limit is applied correctly, my account should only be blocked after a 4% loss. On my account, 4% of $25,000 equals $1,000, but you blocked my account at a $951 loss.
Additionally, I made a profit of $1,116.19 today. Why is this not reflected in my account?
Please respond and do not tell me to submit a ticket. I already submitted a ticket regarding this previous issue a week ago, and it has not been answered yet. I request that you review this immediately and provide a clear explanation if the mistake is not on your side.
This situation has caused me significant stress during the holiday. I kindly ask for your urgent support.

My account number: 11995555

The reason I reacted the way I did comes from deep pain inside me. I live in a poor family, and I have always looked at Funding Pips as something that could save my life. But everything I had was spent on buying accounts from your company — nearly $8,000 🥹🥹🥹

Even after that, whenever I managed to get some money again, I still bought accounts from you. But without clearly sharing the rules about trading ideas beforehand — through email or any proper communication — you blocked my account because of something I was unaware of.

What situation do you think I am in right now?

I am being crushed under economic pressure, but it feels like it doesn’t matter to you.

I am not trying to question your company’s rules, but I swear to God that I had no knowledge of this rule about trading ideas — that after a losing trade there must be at least a 10-minute gap.

This is how I feel. If you truly support traders, have you ever thought — even once — about how difficult it is for a trader to earn the money they use to buy your accounts?

For the past three days, I have been overwhelmed with fear and financial pressure, because you destroyed my hope. That $5,000 funded account you closed because of this rule was the hope of a family of seven in Afghanistan — and that hope is now gone.

Now do you understand my situation?

Dear Yasin,

Thank you for sharing this with us, and we want you to know that we read every word carefully.

The breach on April 15, 2026 was triggered by the Risk Per Trade Idea rule — multiple positions in the same direction were opened within 10 minutes of each other, and the combined loss of -$151.20 exceeded the permitted threshold. This rule applies equally to all traders on our platform, and we are unable to make exceptions, no matter how deeply we sympathise with a situation.

We hear that you were not aware of this rule, and we are truly sorry for the pain this has caused. We encourage all traders to read the Master Account rules in our FAQ thoroughly before trading, as these rules differ from the evaluation phase.

We hope that with a better understanding of this rule, you are able to move forward. If you have any questions about the rules or need guidance before trading again, please reach out to our team at support@fundingpips.com — they will do their best to help you.

Best regards,
FundingPips Marketing Team.

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart.

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart.

I have invested over $7,000 with Funding Pips and this was my 10th account. My account number is 11995555. I always tried to follow the rules and trade responsibly.

Unfortunately, my account was terminated due to the “Trade Idea” rule, which I honestly was not clearly aware of before. My trades were opened with time gaps, and I truly believed I was trading correctly. However, my account was closed without what I believe was a precise and fair review.

What hurts the most is not just the loss, but the lack of flexibility or understanding for a loyal client who has supported the company multiple times.

I am currently in a very difficult financial situation, and this account meant everything to me. I respectfully ask Funding Pips to review my case again more carefully and fairly.

I still hope the team can reconsider my situation with understanding.

Thank you.

Dear Yasin,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how much this account meant to you and we are truly sorry to hear about the difficult circumstances you are facing.

We want to be transparent with you about what happened. The breach on account #11995555 was triggered on April 15, 2026 at 15:03 due to the Risk Per Trade Idea rule. Multiple positions totalled a combined loss of -$151.20, exceeding the permitted 3% threshold for your account size.

The key part of this rule that many traders are not fully aware of is the 10-minute window. Any position opened in the same direction within 10 minutes of closing a losing trade is considered part of the same trade idea — regardless of whether there appears to be a time gap between the trades. The combined loss across all positions grouped within that window is what determines the breach, not each individual trade in isolation.

We hear your request for a review and we understand how deeply this has affected you. However, the breach has been verified by our Responsible Trading Team and the decision stands. We are unable to make exceptions to our rules, as they apply equally and fairly to all traders.

We sincerely hope that with a better understanding of this rule, you are able to trade successfully in the future. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at support@fundingpips.com.

Best regards,
FundingPips Team

Unfair account closures and possible system failure

I invested all of my available money into buying accounts from your company. This was not just trading capital — this was my entire financial situation, and I trusted your platform.
However, what happened is completely unacceptable. My stop loss on Gold (XAUUSD) was executed approximately 20 pips (2.0) away from where it was set. This is a very large difference and clearly indicates a serious execution or system issue.
Because of this problem, I lost my accounts:
Account ID: 10496541 (25k real account)
Account ID: 1983396 (50k real account)
All my trading details and proof are available in my dashboard, and everything is clearly recorded there.
This situation has caused me serious financial and emotional stress. I am not just complaining — I am asking for fairness.
I respectfully request you to review my case carefully and help me resolve this issue. If possible, please consider providing me with a 100k QT Power account starting from Phase 1 on the MetaTrader platform as compensation or support.
Please understand my situation and respond. I truly need your help."

Yasin Tawfiqizada,

We’re sorry to hear about your situation and understand the stress this has caused you.

However, we need to clarify how execution and stop-loss handling works on the platform.

Stop-loss execution prices are determined by real market liquidity at the time of execution, not the exact price level displayed on the chart. In fast-moving conditions—especially in instruments like XAUUSD—there can be slippage, spread widening, and liquidity gaps, which may result in fills occurring several pips away from the set stop-loss.

This is a normal market behavior and not indicative of a system error or execution failure.

Regarding your accounts (10496541 and 1983396), all trading activity and executions are recorded on server-side logs, which reflect the actual market fill prices used in risk calculations and account evaluation. These logs are the official reference used during review.

At this stage, we are unable to validate or confirm entitlement to compensation or account replacement as requested. However, your case can be formally reviewed by the risk and execution team if you submit a detailed support ticket with your account IDs.

We strongly recommend reaching out via official support so the team can:

Review execution logs in detail
Verify stop-loss fill pricing and slippage data
Provide a clear breakdown of how your trades were executed

We understand your concern and are willing to have the case reviewed properly through the correct channel.

Best regards,

My request is as follows:

My request is as follows:
I opened trades in two opposite directions on the same pair with a 20-minute time difference, not at the same opening time and closing time. So based on what logic were both my accounts rejected for funding?
Secondly, my first account was rejected based on the same rule breach. Why wasn’t my second account stopped at the same time so I could start over? I put in the time for the second account, completed the phase, but it was still rejected because of the same rule.
Thirdly, this happened on both of my accounts in Phase 2. Why am I being told to start over from scratch?
This is terrible service and wastes our time and energy. I will file complaints against you everywhere possible.
QT FUNDED is a scam and dishonest company. 🖕🖕🖕🖕

Yasin Tawfiqizada,

We’re sorry to hear how frustrated you are, and we understand why this situation feels unfair. We want to clarify the points you raised as transparently as possible.

Regarding the opposite-direction trades: even when trades are opened at different times, opening opposing positions on the same instrument across one or multiple accounts can still fall under our trade consistency / hedging and risk circumvention rules. These rules are based on intent and net exposure, not only on identical open and close times. Our system reviews the overall trading behavior to ensure it aligns with the program’s risk framework, not just individual timestamps.

For your second concern, accounts are monitored individually and in real time, but some rule breaches—especially those related to trading behavior patterns—are only confirmed after a full trade history review. This is why the second account was not immediately stopped at the same moment, even though it was later found to fall under the same rule violation. We understand this is frustrating, but it does not mean the time you invested was ignored or intentionally wasted.

Regarding Phase 2 on both accounts, the rules apply consistently across all phases. If the same violation occurs again, unfortunately the outcome will be the same, regardless of progress in the phase. This is why restarting is required when a confirmed breach is identified.

We strongly disagree with the claim that QT Funded is a scam or dishonest. Thousands of traders are successfully funded and paid, and all decisions are made strictly according to the published rules. That said, we acknowledge that the communication and explanation you received were not sufficient, and for that we apologize.

If you would like, you may contact our live chat from your registered email and request a formal manual review, referencing this Trustpilot review. Our compliance team can provide a more detailed explanation tied directly to your trade data.

We genuinely regret the frustration this has caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve how we communicate complex rule enforcement decisions.

Complaint Regarding Platform Issues and Customer Service

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience with [QT Funded]. Despite being a loyal user and following all platform requirements, I have faced repeated issues that have significantly affected my trading account.

1. Internet Restrictions and Trade Closures: My trades were closed at a loss multiple times due to internet restrictions in my country. I repeatedly informed the support team about this, but the issue was not adequately addressed.

2. Inconsistent Support Responses: I requested a TradeLocker account from phase two to prevent further losses, but my request was initially denied. I was told that changing the platform or phase was not possible. Now, the company is offering exceptions that contradict their previous statements, causing confusion and frustration.

3. Account Funding Issues: I specifically requested that my account be issued from phase one with an initial balance of $50,000 to protect my trades. This request has not been honored despite multiple communications and supporting screenshots.

4. Communication Problems: While some support staff have been understanding, I have received conflicting information from different representatives. This inconsistency has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.

I have all chat screenshots documenting my requests, issues with MetaTrader login, and interactions with the support team. I believe the company’s handling of my case has been inadequate and has caused significant inconvenience and financial risk.

I am sharing this review to highlight the need for better customer support, clear communication, and consideration of external factors such as internet restrictions that are beyond the user’s control. I sincerely hope that [QT Funded] takes this feedback seriously and improves its service.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Delay in Account Delivery

Dear Global Forex Capital Team,
