Good negotiation re the box - happy with the revised amount and agreed the offer. Only received the initial lower amount. Contacted and was told to expect the balance soon. Still not received 3 days later. Not good customer service.

There is no return and refund process so don’t buy unless you’re certain you want the item. Very disappointed I only got back 1/3 of what I spent. Wouldn’t have bought had I known this.
