My car was delivered to me on the 07/07/2026, on Saturday 18/7/2026 2 warning lights are now on it for steering wheel and ABS, I've now asked four times for the car to be collected and was advised get onto your insurance and get breakdown assist it will be free. Option 2 drive it yourself with 2 major faults just to point out steering and breaks, option 3 waiting until next week and they will collect.I've driven this car id say 6 times since purchase. Absolute joke AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered 41.78 worth of food and it delivered to wrong address reached out to uber and they said we aren't eligible for a refund...absolute disgrace

Being able to get my car renewal without any fuss is great just simple and professional with no hidden T&C's everything is there for you to check or modify then 3 clicks and its done...very happy customer hence the reason I stay 😊

This is my third year with these guys and I absolutely love the service they provide so quick easy and always there when you need them 😀

Imagine arriving at your destination and the place looks nothing as showed on the misleading pics on the app.

Imagine losing all your tickets to see the touristic places you want to see, because now you have to find a new hotel, CARRYING ALL YOUR LUGGAGE AROUND.

Now imagine not being able to get a refund for a place that is not even on google maps. Imperiale top in Rome is the place.

Nobody on the app helped us to get our money back, customer Service channel on the app is useless. Scammers
