Very fast delivery (ordered on a Sunday,arrived Wednesday. Very good price compared to other online stores (so good it made me slightly unsure as to whether to order). However, the Tablet arrived in 'factory sealed'packaging with external padded box for extra protection. Good communication, tracking info and invoice sent via email. Very happy with service. Recommended -I would use again.

The process is simple as the connection to my bank and return to the CF website is semi automatic and I don't have to open separate windows to get to my online bank. The 2 step verification via SMS is straightforward and the bank transfer to CF and subsequent exchange and forwarding of funds to the target account is fast. Sometimes within a few hours or overnight as was the case in this latest transaction as I exchanged funds quite late in the day. Sadly, I miss the old transfer of funds to CF and ability to select an FX rate in advance and exchange when it matches that.

Initiated transaction at 7am ...money received from UK bank exchanged and in my Italian bank account by Noon same day. I have read a few negative reviews about CF but we have lived in Italy for over a decade, our UK pensions are paid into a UK bank and we transfer money using CF when the rate is favourable. We have only once had a delay- many years ago and our fault -when we transferred an amount more than 10K euros and the Italian Govt took a chunk as a 'withholding tax,(around 300 euros!!) which took 3 days before the transfer appeared in our Italian account . If anything the service has been faster recently. We do miss the old deposit and choose the rate to exchange later facility though.

Ovviamente tutto questo ha un prezzo, ma ottieni ciò per cui paghi e gli articoli in questione, l'agnello dello Yorkshire *(noi siamo originari dello Yorkshire) è quasi impossibile da trovare qui nelle Marche.
Sulla base della nostra prima esperienza, non posso che consigliare vivamente questa azienda e sicuramente ordinerò di nuovo da loro nel nuovo anno.
* I prodotti italiani, soprattutto quelli locali, sono in generale di alta qualità e, vivendo qui da oltre 12 anni, c'è molto poco che ci manca dell'Inghilterra, ma l'agnello inglese dello Yorkshire e del Galles allevato specificamente per la carne è di gran lunga superiore all'agnello locale che viene allevato per il latte per produrre vari formaggi pecorini. Pertanto i maschi vengono macellati troppo giovani per sviluppare sapore e hanno poca carne.

Item arrived well within the expected delivery date . Very well packaged. The product design is excellent and good quality especially for the price. The sink completely covers and overlaps the cabinet top reducing the likelihood of, over time, water splashes causing the cabinet surfaces to spoil as often happens with veneered cabinets with wash basins on the top. The soft close mechanisms are good quality. Comes ready assembled too. Very happy.

The delivery was fast. I chose these items as the price was good and the items were exactly what I was looking for. I was very happy with the construction fittings and materials used when they arrived. I also had a small query for which I contacted support and the response was very quick and helpful.

The best price found online even with delivery charge, Good choice of couriers, item delivered on the estimated delivery date and well packaged. Tracking of package also OK ..better once it arrived in Italy (also notified when arrived at chosen pick up point)

Giugno 2020 Ordinata caldaia ibrida solare e pompa di calore (ha detto che erano circa 5 mesi).
Giugno 2023. Soldi (oltre 13mila euro) presi
Novembre 2023 Impianto fotovoltaico installato (anche se gli installatori incaricati erano ottimi).
Tuttavia, abbiamo aspettato fino al 03/2024 per la connessione alla rete prima che il sistema funzionasse effettivamente.
Tuttavia, siamo ormai alla fine di marzo 2024 e la pompa di calore ANCORA non è configurata, il che significa che per 2 stagioni di riscaldamento abbiamo ancora fatto affidamento sul costoso gas GPL.
Si sapeva fin dal primo giorno che anche il cavo di alimentazione principale necessitava di un aggiornamento e stiamo ancora aspettando che i lavori vengano completati. Ciò rischia di potenziali problemi con l'Inverter quando il sole è più forte. Le telefonate/e-mail/messaggi Whatsapp rimangono senza risposta o contengono promesse in gran parte vuote/vaghe. Una volta ricevuto il tuo Ecobonus/denaro, sembrano perdere interesse nel fornire qualsiasi tipo di esperienza positiva al cliente. Anche se sappiamo che c'è carenza di installatori fotovoltaici, non ci sono scuse per non coordinare una visita di mezza giornata da parte di un tecnico Daikin (nel nostro caso) per venire a mettere in funzione la pompa di calore installata nel momento in cui il sistema entra in funzione. rete'.
La mia esperienza mi dice di dire alla gente di evitare SuperSolar a tutti i costi. Si tratta di un'agenzia che, presumibilmente, viene pagata da Eon per gestire il lato fotovoltaico della propria attività. La mia esperienza è stata che sono molto cattivi in questo.

June 2020 Ordered Solar and heat pump hybrid boiler (told it was about 5 months).
June 2023. Money (over €13k) taken
November 2023 PV system installed (albeit the contracted installers were excellent).
However, we then waited until until 03/2024 for it to be connected to the grid before the system actually worked.
However, it is now late March 2024 and Heat pump STILL not configured meaning for 2 heating seasons we have still been reliant on expensive GPL gas.
It was known from day 1 that the main supply cable also needed upgrading and we are still awaiting that work being done. This risks potential problems with Inverter when the sun is stronger. Phone calls /emails/Whatsapp messages either go unanswered or contain largely empty / vague promises. Once they get your Ecobonus/ money they seem to lose interest in providing any sort of positive customer experience. Whilst we know there is a shortage of PV installers there can be no excuse for failing to co-ordinate half a day visit from a Daikin (in our case) engineer to come and commission the installed heat pump at the time the system goes 'on grid'.
My experience tells me to tell people to avoid SuperSolar at all costs. They are an agency who are, presumably, paid by Eon to manage the PV side of their business. My experience has been that they are very bad at it .
