WE HAVE JUST HAD A MESSAGE FROM 01614097178 SAYING THEY ARE FROM A BANK OR CARD COMPANY AND WE HAVE TRANSACTIONS THEY NEED TO CHECK, THINKING ITS A SCAM BUT IT SAYS YOU OWN THE NUMBER WHEN I SEARCH

Hello, Sorry to hear this, it does indeed sound like a scam and you are right to ignore it. We are a UK telephone company and the number in question IS one allocated to us by ofcom. However is not allocated to or in use by any of our customers. Our logs show NO SMS as having been sent from this number from our systems. I strongly expect the number has been spoofed by someone else. Feel free to report this to the authorities, you may also be able to report it to your mobile phone operator too - see https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/collection/phishing-scams/report-scam-text-message All the best, Andrew. no one answers the telephones for tech support or the main lines i am sick of paying for a service that i can not connect to with the WIFI in my home office i paid to get the computer hard wired in the end as it never connected to the WIFI, can some one from tech support please contact me this morning to get this sorted out or i will take to the ombudsman

All promises made meant nothing never return call rarely answer the phones completely mucked up my order when I finally got to speak to someone he was very rude so I still have a number i did not want considering this is for a business home number it’s disgusting my signal drops off all the time I even paid for my office area to be hard wired can not wait for the contract to end Still waiting for a response from the online support team I sent last week
