£35 Taken from my account, for a tracker i never received , £24 to amend a mistake they made with parking address, which weirdly was on the 5th floor of a high rise me being on the 6th
This reason i cancelled... paid what i was told i owed end of policy.. but a month later £190 taken from account... only way to contact, thru portal, no phone calls.. i think im going to contact the financial ombudsman, the Agent on chat VERY DISMISSIVE...STAY THE HELL AWAY
