The salesman who sold me a phone was dishonest in his "blurb" of saving money by cancelling my service provider, and setting up another service provider where he benefits from bonus's for the company he changed it to. I came home to no internet and then when called back to find out what he had actually done I was told I had to give back $200 from the "gift" given from the phone he sold me. This is deceptive, dishonest and Harvey Norman is one retail centre I would never expect this from. I purchased this phone on the 18th December 2025 and it is only today I have finally been able to query this with a "proprietor" who did not listen but insisted I return $200 if I did not fulfill the 6 month contract I was signed up to. Hugely disappointing as Harvey Norman used to be a lock tight excellent and trusted service.

I will NEVER buy from wish again. I made two orders at the beginning of February 2022. Payment paid from credit card went through. To date, through MANY attempts to get my delivery address rectified I have NOT received my two orders. I was also charged AFTER paying for products and shipping I was notified to pay for cargo costs and if I did not pay, the goods would be returned to sender. I paid the cargo fees and still have not received my order. I am sick and tired of greed and corruption.
