I used this cream twice a day for 71 days. It rubs in nicely and a small jar goes a long way. The ad and the jar both state that it tightens and firms the neck. Unfortunately this is not true at all. After 71 days there is no difference to my neck. It hasnt tightened or firmed in any way. Very disappointed with the company for falsely advertising this product. They state a money back guarantee, so will see if this is the case.

On this occasion I had a very happy and friendly delivery driver arrive with my parcel. He rang the doorbell and actually waited for me to answer the door so he could hand me my parcel, instead of throwing it down on the floor. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you
